Im 37 year old unmarried lady who stays at father's house I have some issues in my family that my father always tell me to go out from his house and forcing me to get marry without my wish.He is having business but dosnt give sigle rupee for my personal expenses I do take tution and doing my own expenses still he is having problm for my own earning resources so some time Im being torture to leave home so please I need to put ligal action fight against this situation.so please do help me to whom I should approach.....(Im a graduate)

Hi I asked before regarding divorce. Now my in law's are agree for divorce and we are also agree for settelment amount. Now how we have to pay money to my wife. Can we pay in one go or we have to pay in two or more instalment with the gap of some months. I heard that we need to pay money in two instalment with the gap of six months. Secondly, how we can pay money cash or with cheack or with in court and how long it take to get divorce.

Respected Sir,
On 21st March 2016, i have communicated a civil case about suit property to your notice for suitable guidance. On this Shri. R.K. Nanda, Shri. Rajendra k goyal, and Shri. P. Venu who are the legal experts have given their legal advise to me and my mother(plaintiff) to oppose the appointment of "Advocate Commissioner" on the next date of hearing of our case.
Accordingly, on 04th April 2016, my mother appeared before the trail court of city civil court, Hyderabad when our case was called. Then my mother opposed the appointment of "Advocate Commissioner" stating that my mother did not make any such request/submission either to the Hon'ble court or to the advocate of my mother.
The Hon'ble court did not consider the request of my mother on the ground stating that the orders have already been passed for the appointment of "Advocate Commissioner", as such the Hon'ble judge further said that the orders for appointment of "Advocate Commissioner" could not be recalled.
Please clarify about the statutory provision in confirmity with Civil Procedure Code regarding the stand taken by the Hon'ble judge.

Hi,
I work for an IT firm. My salary has variable component which I am supposed get get at the end of financial year. I had resigned in Jan 2016. I noticed that my variable pay was not paid by the company on 31st March. On digging further , I realized that the Mangers had manipulated my rating and put it the worst possible and on that ground HR said that I won't be getting the Variable pay. First thing was they had the rating given without any discussion whatsoever and it was absolute unjust rating and second thing was that there was no policy that the VP depended on my performance. It was a part of my CTC and could not affect it as per my offer letter I should get that if I was on company payrolls as of 31st march

I am currently working in X company. Client of X company asked me to join his Y company. But my appointment letter says " You will not seek any full time or part time job or be involved in any way with competitor's business activities either directly or indirectly during your employment with the company and for a period of six months in the event of cessation of your employment with the company. " If I join Y company after completing proper formalities of company X then will this statement applicable to me. Because I am not joining competitor but directly joining client. Please let me know if this is applicable to me.

Dear sir, L borrowed loan from CitiFinancial in 2011,repaid 12 instalments is Rs 3600.00 each, then after the threats started to me and I have proof of the SMS, sent by them CitiFinancial collection men. Later came to compromise and gave an proposal of loan closing @waiver of. Total of 50000.00. I paid too and got an letter from them as loan closed. Now Kotak Mahindra has taken over the CitiFinancial. They have sent me an notice to pay out standing of Rs 78000.00+.towards loan. If not filing of legal. I have received this from an advocate from pune. This is what happened. Please assist me.

Dear Sirs,
I am a resident of Delhi. My neighbor has constructed an illegal construction and I filed the Civil Suit and won. The Civil Suit was awarded as Lok Adalat Decree. My neighbor is an influential person having connection with local police.
However, the demolition is yet to be done fully and I filed the execution & contempt of court petition to complete the demolition.
When the proceedings were on, the neighbor has filed an FIR alleging sexual harassment to his family. And the charge sheet is yet to be filed. The sections were filed was a bailable one.
Since execution petition has been filed, he wants to take revenge on us. He clearly informed us that he will file more such criminal charges under non bailable condition against me and my family members.
What are all the steps I need to take to protect my family.
Can I file a Writ Petition in the High Court on this?
Kindly guide me how to take care of my family from his situation.

Sir I am belongs to OBC. My wife is also comes in OBC but on her school certificate there is open category. Now I want to draw her caste certificate.
Her fathers school certificate also open category and grandfathers school certificate not present.

Pending cases and govt. job
Hello sir/madam,
kindly look through my case and provide some genuine advise/guidance. I was preparing for the civil services examination in delhi, in the mean time my girl friend has lodged a FIR against me by making a complaint that on the pretext of marriage........... etc. etc...... and i have been sent to JC. after some period I got bail but this lady is very desperate to take vengeance. She along with her husband make filmsy story and lodged another FIR against me u/s 326A. however luckily i was not present there and I was not arrested.
After some ups and down i started preparing once again bt this time for other examination also and finally qualified in the exam (banking). I also revealed that there is pending FIRs against me. I was finally allotted a bank. Now the problem is that they withhold my appointment on that basis. i further wrote a mail to HRD, made call to the dept. but they have not replied despite my several representation with the bank. lastly i filed writ in the high court. The Hon'ble court has directed the bank to dispose the matter within the time frame. Bank has finally sent me a letter(oct 15) stating that due to serious allegation levelled against you, bank has decided to cancel your candidature. Since then i am struggling through day and night, suffering mental agony with the passage of time. I am also very confused now. I can not maintain the same rhythm and focus in preparation. I want to ask here that is there any scope to regain my employment. Can a pending criminal cases become hinderance to my career? Kindly suggest the legal remedies available, if any as it was my last chance for the exam as I am over aged now. Also, above mention FIRs are in trial stage since last two years and charge has not framed yet. Kindly guide me a genuine solution.
