I want to ask if someone lodge a dowry case against somebody then Police arrest the Person/Persons of matter will be forwarded to court directlyand which side will need evidence to prove(burden of evidence)

dowry comes under sec 498A, now the law is amended, person wont be arrested if dowry case is filed against him. First police will issue notice to attend the enquiry, in an inquiry if it is found true then such person against whom complaint is filed will be arrested

Police would prove the charges against the accused.

Accused has to prove his innocence.

Burden of proof lies on the prosecution side to prove the charges against the accused.

And the accused has to defend by himself or through his counsel against the charges, to be as an innocent.

Depending on the satisfaction of the court ( on evidence produced on record), judgment will be pronounced.
