hi,
my business partner locked the firm and is not allowing to continue the work at firm.
upon arbitration discussions, he is forcing me either to buy or sell of share in the firm and partnership can not be carried any more.
I am not ready to sell the share as this is the only source of my living and can not carry a new business due to my age.
so i got ready to buy partner share at a regular market price.
in this scenario, he is setting/quoting a price which is not the actual market price of property and not agreeing for any other price.
to note, our partnership deed is agreed mutually but not registered in govt records.
please advise how to proceed in this scenario as approaching the police also not resulted anything

Respected sir, this is in continuation of my earlier query. I received a summon to appear in this 138 ni act case. My lawyer says I should appear and apply for bail. Can the bail be granted the same day. What if it is denied ? What should be my preparation for the day ? I am scared and want to avoid going on this date. Will it harm my case ? Please guide me.

I'm married Indian Muslim. Its been 2.8 years and still my wife is not getting pregnant. My wife id having some PCOD problem which delaying this and she is getting treatment for that from past 18 months.Now chances of getting pregnant are decreased. Whenever i thought of speaking to father-in-law.. there family abuses me a lot and not even in a position to speak properly. Now they are not allowing my wife to stay with me. I'm getting disturb a lot with this and planning to take divorce. Could you please suggest me legal process. Do I need to give her a share in my property.. if yes how much share. I already paid her Meher. Thank you

My wife has filed case u/s 498a and for the same incident I have filed complaint case u/s 323,379 etc when my Sanha was not converted in FIR.
Are these cases cross cases and can these be tried together? If so, under what section petition should be moved and to whom?

One of My client is a govt. employee. He got form 16 from Employer for A.Y.-2014-15 in which 18000/- TDS deduction is submitted.But 26AS does not show TDS submission. After filing Return of A.Y.-2014-15 online he got notice from CPC as demand tax of Rs. 18000/-. Now How he will rectification U/S 154 will file online as 26 as does not show tax credit? Please reply anybody.

I filed a divorce case in Gurgaon on grounds of cruelty in september and my wife (staying seperately for last 11 months) recieved the divorce notice in october. After recieving notice she filed a DV and dowry complaint against me and my parents in Ghaziabad. Now we have recieved a notice from mediation centre to appear before them on 28th november.
What are the options available for me to deal with the complaint filed against me?
Is it an advantage for me that i filed a divorce before they filed a complaint and can i use this argument in my favour in the case against me?
How can i make sure that my parents are out of this mess and i deal with it all alone?
I dont want any mediation or give any maintainance or alimony to them as she is working and i have not taken a single penny from them till date and i am ready for a long drawn battle. What should be my stand when i am asked to settle this outside court by giving a certain amount of money?
Any other advice which can help me.

My relative who is an activist was beaten
by Law Breaker of our area because my said relative had exposed them by sending complaints against them of Public Nuisance and Encroachment etc.Due to open involvement of cornered Police officer ,the police did not want to submit Charge Sheet against the said Law Breakers/Criminals but due to repeated correspondences with Police higher ups with relevant evidence the S.H.O.of Area compelled to submit the charge sheet after eight months but The Police meticulously fabricated the charge sheet and without knowledge of complainant and without his signature on Mauka- Naksha (Map of incident)as police made fabricated and false signature of complainant and witnesses on it.The Police also shown the name of persons as witnesses of complainant in charge sheet who are employees of accused which will be certainly hostile on the time of evidence.Also the Police also excluded the one victim who had the grievous injury but Police initially did not send him for medical exam. but when complainant approached to Higher ups then police sent him before Medical jurist after one week but then facial fracture had improved.
How the said complainant can protest and challenge for such fabricated and intentional irregularities of the concerned Police officer for protecting the accused ????

I was teacher in c.b.s.e.school for 9+ years. Authority suspended me with chargesheeted under M.E.P.S.ACT.( MAHARASHTRA EMPLOYEES OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS ACT).BUT They formed one member inquiry committee.now according to M.E.P.S.. Act 3 member committee is mendatory . During inquiry I was unaware of process so I finished. crossexam of witnesses within 2-3 minutes each . But finally I realise my blunder and I submit request letter to re- cross of 2 lady employees with the help of lady member or my lawyer.I.O.reject that request.He submit report stating charges conclusively proved.After that at presentation stage I demand 10-12 key documents since my joining but They replied that this is time consuming tactics . So now matter is in teachers tribunals for final argument .please suggest any law point or case law as well.

My Son aged 22 year's is facing charges u/s 326,366.
He was arrested last week,we did not get time for AB.He has spoiled his life due to wrong actions of his.He has confessed his crime,all done after a friend(girl) broke up relation.
Anyway,he's currently in 5th semester of college(Civil Engineering)& Sem end exams are starting on December 4th.
Is there any way of him attending exams?

how to seek relief to get my half share in the property?
In 1964 my grandfather, my father and my paternal uncle purchased a property by means of registered sale deed an extent of Ac.0-54 cents.
Meanwhile my grandfather died in 1981 intestate leaving behind my father and my paternal uncle as legal heirs to his assets.
My paternal uncle started alienating the property and orally told us that he will take northern side and finally he alineated Ac.0-27 cents. whereas i alienated Ac.0-03 cents in southern side.
but recently he again alienated another Ac.0-08 cents in southern side which is in my share side.
My doubt is whether how to file a suit to recover my share?
can i file suit for partition? if yes i had already alienated Ac.0-03cents.
can i file suit for declaration?
