Dear Sir, I am a high court practicing advocate and My son is persuing CA( Finals), and LLB completed, but yet to attempt All India Bar Council Exams, whether Can I send him to high court to seek adjourment on my behalf, is it allowed.
Hello,
I am preparing to file a criminal complaint under CrPC 156(3) at Dindoshi Court. My question is:
After completing online e-filing, how do I submit the physical file in court?
Can I simply arrange the documents in a flat file with a transparent cover (as we commonly use at home), or does the court require a specific type of file (green board file, cloth cover, thread binding)?
Is there any standard format, color code, or specific folder type prescribed by the court for CrPC 156(3) matters?
If there is a special file or folder required, where can I purchase it, or how should I prepare it?
Can someone with practical experience please guide me on the exact procedure followed in Dindoshi Court or other Mumbai courts?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you Veterans,
Now another incidence with same Axis Bank.
I have availed a loan of Rs.6 lacs @ 13% pa from Citi Bank where I was a customer for over 21 years. post migration of retail banking of citi bank to Axis bank, now I have been serviced by Axis Bank.
Axis Bank demanded 49th EMI as against originally signed for 48 EMIs. In good faith and save from CIBIL Score, I have paid 49th EMI. As advised by veterans of Lawyers Club, I have lodged a complaint with RBI Ombudsman against Axis Bank.
When asking for the justification and the copy of the loan sanction letter, the bank explicitly declared that the documents are unavailable with them, and communication are being in follow up, and getting ready to file another case.
Now, another problem cropped up was: - I have requested for loan closure and No due certificate. And the loan closure certificate in deficiecy with wrong loan account number and not clearly saying the loan is completed, instead, the last EMI will be charged in your upcoming Credit Card Statement, and this certificate was sent by the local Branch, where I have no relationship. (not having any account)
I understand the credit card transactions are centralised; and not handled by the branch, and now the branch is responding to the loan closure which is a leakage of the customer data and information. To my understanding, leaking the card information, even within the branch is not correct. Therefore it needs to take a serious action against Axis Bank for leaking the data (even within the branch)
Should I file a seperate case for the
- deficiency in service
- violation of RBI guideline for not protecting the customer information and
- not adhearing to BCSBI Code of Commitment to Customers – requiring strict secrecy of customer information
The axis bank is silent by not responding positively on this.
Veterans please guide me and save from AXIS Bank,
I am much worried and trembled, whether they demand 50th EMI or my data are been leaked to 3rd party ...(ofcourse not overthinking ... but worried)
18 years back, 10 people from the neighbourhood forcefully walked into my house and tied me with rope and dragged me to mental institutions and blamed me for something wrong which was actually happening in their houses…
The mental institution gave me a clean report but the neighbours did their best to frame me as mentally ill.
Since then i have been writing to legal intuition like Police, PMO and other places but no one is believing me… and my story.. Never approach advocates for it. I was just writing to the legal authorities like the Police. They (The police or other legal authorities) will call me and then dispose of my case…can i use these writings as legal proof that the actual crime was done to me by such people as i have no other proof… like video recordings….
I was dragged to a mental institution and framed for the wrong thing….

Namaste,
I need legal guidance regarding my bank account freeze.
My bank account has been frozen by UP Police (Raebareli) under Sections 94/106 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS). The freeze order mentions that it is related to a suspicious transaction.
Here are the key details:
I have received all the details of the freeze order, including the investigating officer’s contact (phone/email) and the specific transaction that led to the freeze.
On reviewing, I found that the transaction is actually from 2023 and was from an unknown source. I myself considered it suspicious but at that time I did not file any complaint (missed it).
Now in 2025, suddenly my account has been frozen based on this old transaction.
I am from Jharkhand and I have no connection with Raebareli (UP). I have never visited there and have no business or personal links to that place.
My main concerns:
Since I have no connection with Raebareli, does the police there even have proper jurisdiction to freeze my account?
Should I directly approach the investigating officer and explain that the money was from an unknown source and I did not benefit from it, or would that weaken my position since I never complained at that time?
Is it better to directly file an application before the Magistrate/Court for unfreezing the account instead of approaching the officer?
What is the best legal approach here to avoid unnecessary complications?
I would be very grateful if any advocate could guide me on the safest and most effective step forward.
Thank you
Deduction under section 24a of the income tax act, 1961
Respected Learned Experts, I am facing a corruption case for holding disproportionate assets. I am having rental income from immovable properties wherein 30% of standard deduction is allowed under Income Tax Act, 1961. The prosecution has taken the income after deducting the 30% of standard deduction deemed to have been expenses for maintenance. But there is no actual maintenance cost involved. The Income Tax Act provides for such standard deduction as a relief to the land lord and the tax liability is only on the net of rental income after the deduction of 30% rental value. I request the Learned Experts to guide me how to convince the court to take the Gross Rental Income for account. Any case laws, if available on this subject may please be mentioned. As I am appearing as Party In-Person, your valuable guidance is much obliged.
Advance Thanks to one and all in the Forum.
