First of all your query is not clear about the grievances that was caused to you.
Secondly it is not known what clarification you sought and from which authorities and what was their reply.
Thirdly you have not exhausted the remedy from the higher authority to redress your grievances.
Next thing, you have not approached the banking ombudsman with a complaint in this regard.
Therefore you may complete the steps suggested or consult an advocate in the local in person for moving on.

1. My query: credit card loan closure certificate requested but Sent from branch which is invalid, when approached the bank, they have masked the branch certificate and sent. It is not only tampering but also invalid
2. Approached Axis bank, after sending masked certificate they remain silent and replied it was already sent
3. Axis either not responding or side stepping core issues
4. My query is should I approach ombudsman or file a case in court, because this amounts to forgery of dox tampering digital evidence.
Please guide and suggest

If you are not satisfied with the ombudsman's reply, you can file a case in court.

Let me narrate the story in full: I have availed a loan on my credit card and all EMI demanded by bank are paid without any default .
After making last EMI in Aug 2025, I requested the bank to issue me a loan closure and no due certificate.
The certificate is sent from local branch which 2.5 km from the place of my communication on local branch letterpad duly signed and sealed by the local branch bank executive.
Since it is a credit related transaction, the local has not no access to the card information of the customer, in such a case, how a local branch can issue a loan closure certificate on a credit card transacton - I raised it as a protocol violation and data leakage.
Later after 15 days the Principal Nodal Officer sent the same certificate issued by the local branch, by sanitising it , (with digitally masking the branch address, logo and signature)
1) It is a tapering of documents. and evidence which is a criminal offence.
2) certificate issued by the local branch is a data leakage and protocol violation is a seperate issue, attracts Information Technology Act, and RBI Circular violation
3) At the bottom line the certificate issued by both is at deficient, and remain with no closure certificate despite clearing the card liablity and loan liability in full.
Now, the issue is
There are 3 complaints and allegation on Axis Bank. Which complaint to where
Like RBI Ombudsman, High Court with writ petition or consumer court. or Cyber crime unit or any other entiy is there ?
Request the Veterans to guide me - I am a senior Citizen, finds difficult to run after the cases considering my age and physical movement. loading the mental pressure.
at the bottom line,
with all this, there is a legal issue with having deficient loan closure certificate and not literariily no monetary loss

You first exhaust the remedies available before the banking ombudsman and then you can think about further issues
