Will rbi ignore my response!!

I have lodged a complaint on Axis Bank on a issue of deficiency of service.
Regulated entry responded to the complaint to RBI Ombudsman,
RBI Ombudsman asked me to reply before 21.11.25
I have submitted the response in about 34 pags on 19.11.25 (ie before dead line)

- now the RBI Ombudsmand say, no response received from the complainant and closed the under 16(2)(a) - where Appeal is not possible.

- if the cas is dismissed is a differenet issue; whereas the reply sent was ignored by RBI BO;
Please guide, what action to take next?
- Should we complaint fresh complaint at RBI Ombudsman against axis bank or
- it is possible file a complaint or escalte it as RBI BO ignored the mail.

please guide me. !!

You may file a case against the bank concerned in a civil court, and you can file an FIR at police station. You shall approach a local advocate in the matter and proceed as advised.

Sorry ji,
this is not the same querry..
it is different incident and different complaints.!!

For every complaint Axis Bank, adopts different tactics..!!
The earlier complaint was on axis bank and now this is on RBI BO

When no one hears where will we cry!!

You sent the email on 19-11-2025, but it might not be received before 21-11-2025. Hence, they might have closed it. You may file a case against the bank concerned in a civil court, and you can file an FIR at a police station

Thank u ji, for your guidence and advise. !! email will be delivered within few seconds. even in a slow server less than a minute. moreover, I have got the confirmation, in my outbox that it was delivered. I have also taken a google delivery mood the time of delivery.

I have submitted the plead before Honble RBI Ombudsman to reopen the case, with a proof of delivery of mail with time stamp from google.

Let us how this story goes..!!

With continues deficiency and unprofessionalism at Axis Bank, for me,
a one customer in last 11 months
19 deficiencies at various issues, and for all complaints lodged with RBI ombudsman,
287 emails
74 apologies in email
13 side stepping

I think Axis Bank will make me to write the 2nd volume of book - BANKING BEYOND TRANSACTION (personal feelings apart) - sorry !! I am jus relaxing!!

No ji, it is not same wine in new bottle!! I am listing the deficiency list experienced with Axis bank in the last 11 months.!!

1. Dec 2024 – Online access disabled for 29 days merely for issuing a replacement card.
2. May 2025 – Fabricated email stating I “expressed satisfaction,” which I never did.
3. June 2025 – Axis employee impersonated an RBI official; bank admitted the fault.
4. July 2025 – Undue EMI demand beyond original loan tenure.
5. July 2025 – Axis confirmed in writing that they do not possess the loan documents.
6. Aug 2025 – Unsolicited calls about PNO complaint, source unknown.
7. Aug 2025 – Intimidating call instructing me not to post issues publicly in social media.
8. Sep 2025 – Data breach: my credit card details accessed and used by local branch.
9. Sep 2025 – Tampering of documents to make them appear genuine.
10. Sep 2025 – Erroneous communication addressed to another customer, creating confusion.
11. Oct 2025 – Unsolicited branch call about PNO complaint.
12. Oct 2025 – Vague, incomplete reply from PNO.
13. Oct 2025 – Discriminatory treatment between card-only and card-plus-account customers.
14. Oct 2025 – Digital harassment through inconsistent replies.
15. In Nov 2025 - Axis Bank demanded my personal bank account details such as account number and IFSC code,
16. Nov 2025 – Misrepresentation of RBI identity and RBI authority, claiming RBI issued directions which RBI never issued.
17. Dec. 25 referencng wrong complaint with indent to sabbotage the complaint
18. Dec 25 Merging of unrelated complaints having different issues/subjects

Each one is a different complaint and cannot be merged . It is not cocktail it is mocktail.!!
