I married this girl who is a Australian citizen, but she was living in india for the past 7 years, It was an arrange marriage & soon i learnt that she was a very money minded & materialistic girl she wanted only money , She also would use filthy language & was very arrogant & later found that they are a fraud family her mother is suing her brother for property & her father is suing a Australian company for money,after living with me for just 1month one day she started a silly fight as usual & she took all the Jewels costing 30lacks & caught a cab & went to her mothers place,she has put a 498a,323,324 case on me i got a bail & i filed for a divorce 6 months back.i have attended 4 hearings already & my lawyer has submitted the evidence also & soon i will have the fifth hearing,My question is She or her lawyer has never attended any of the hearings till date,She is in the same city as me but not attending the curt hearing.So what will happen will i still get a divorce & how long will it take & will i get all the jewels back ?? marrying her was a nightmare

Hello Sir,
My problem: I married man and due to some reason relation between me and my wife is not good. Let me clear that I found she is not loyal to me as someone else in her life. After marriage I catch her and same inform to her parents and my parents also as she also accept her guilt. As I am looking for devoice but her parent are saying that parson her and continue the married life with her. In this situation her parents are come to take her native place (Jabalpur) as I am from Nagpur.
So I need your suggestion that in this case what I have to do for me and my family protection in this case after taking her they (her family) can put any dowry complain on use or may me they will harm her and put the responsible to us or by any other way that try to trap us in any false case. They are very respectable family in Jabalpur so I fear they can do the honor killing also and put the blame on us due to our family pressure she committed suicide or something like that.
Should I go for legal Memorandum or something else in which clearly describe in written the situation and take signature of her that she in not under any pressure from my family. Some document which I can present if something happen to her that we are not responsible for that.
Please suggest me.

Hi sir, my name is phani Kumar. My wife is not living with me from 6 years. Her father is a laeyer. She is the only daughter and they are they are blackmailing me if I did not go their home permanently, they will file 498a against me. She is coming every six months and wantedly raising issues and going back. This is repeating from 6 years. I have 1 daughter and she is 8 months pregnant. I am thinking about my daughter.

Sir I married on 31st December 2016 but till date iam not in physical contact with my wife and iam a Muslim boy m forced to do nikah with my wife .my wife is in love with someone else and me too but my wife is not ready to give divorce as well as not ready to come in physical contact with me can I marry 2nd time without giving her divorce and please tell me how to get divorce in minimum time . so that we both live happily in our own lives

In 2012, CAT/Calcutta directed ERly & SE Rly to decide & consider my transfer in mechanical post in ERly. Accordingly IN THE YEAR 2013, ERly & SERly instructed me to submit transfer form. SERly also mentioned in their letter that my transfer form will be forwarded to ERly for my transfer from SERly to ERly. But when I submitted the said form in 2013, SERly did not forward it & kept pending for 2 years & finally had lost the said form from their custody. I again submitted the said form in 2015 which was again kept pending by SERly for 1 year & after that they again lost the said form like previous. SERly issued letter in 2016 informing the above facts & advised me to submit the same form once again. After submission SERly summarily rejected to forward the said transfer form to ERly due to shortage of staff though they initially stated in the year 2013 to forward the same to ERly.

My midc property in name of late father had mortgage loan of 4 lakh taken in 1986. Recent under midc plan I have paid the amount to get the unit revived and taken my succession certificate and done all compliance to get bcc of the property.
Now I plan to sell the property however this loan is the hindrance. I need noc from them.I have posted letter to them and also emailed butility hey haven\\\\\\\'t replied. Very early the bm has my once said to give 10 lakh for settlement and then she left the branch. Now no one has communicated to me post I couriered letter stating to give noc. Can you please guide me how can i sell in this scenario. Bank hasn\\\\\\\'t replied nor they have sent any correspondence indicating that I have to pay loan. What should i do in this scenario

What is poa case...? how to put strong this case?
hello sir, my father put a POA sec 3(1)(x) case against 3 persons last month they are harshly talk about my family and my cast i'm (sc) my father gave a complaint in police station. the police prepared a FIR statement against accused they get an anticipatory bail in chennai high court.. now DSP was preparing charge sheet for this case.. accused party are trying to stop preparing of charge sheet.. there is any legal way to stop the charge sheet preparing..? after preparing of charge sheet what is the procedure to handle this very strongly because they are actively cancel this case before the case trail in court...
