Respected Sir, Immovable house property in Pune Maharashtra, purchased by two cousin A and B from there hard earnest money jointly in 1990. After purchasing property, ONLY B, B's father and B's brother with their family residing in the house property. There is no dispute between A and B as they are family members, hence everything goes amicably.
Now in the year 2005 dispute arises between A and B so both files criminal complaints, but no civil complaint.
Later in 2010 B and B's brother both relocated to another house and only B's father and mother residing in the property.
Now just week before B's father deceased and B's mother went to B's another house.
A and B is co-owners and there jointly owned self acquired property.
Now A want the possession of the property.
A's lawyer suggested that we can say we(A) gave permission to B's father to reside in the house as they are senior members in the family and after there .
SO my query is
Q.1) Is there any issue we face in near future if say we give permission to B's father?
Q.2) Can it creates tenancy rights to B's father and after there demise B's heir?
Q.3) What are the pros and cons to say B's father is our tenant and gave B's FATHER a tenancy rights?
Q.4) What are the pros and cons if we say B is the tenant of A.

Hai, this query is related to my friend. She stays in Bangalore with her family of mom, dad and younger brother. Her age is 23 and student perusing MCA. She was in relationship with a guy for about 5 years and got broke up with him a year back. He even owns a criminal record where in he been to jail and court issues, case was murder attempt. He also had many other relationships with several other girls, he used to take all the scholarship amount which she used to get from college and also used to adjust money for him from house which her parents used to give her. Knowing the fact that he was using her interms of money and was a trap laid by him She broke up with him. And she is all normal and happy with her routines.
Now that she is no more in relationship with that guy, he messages her and her mom asking for the ring which he gifted her on some occasion. The same rings were actual kept with pawn store and the amount was taken by him for his personal use. Now he is blackmailing for amount or ring! If they don't he says he will tell everything with her father and he also carries pics and clippings which were taken long back.
Her father Is a heart patient and he is in a critical situation, he may hardly live for another 1 year. Regular checkups and hospital visits happen on a weekly basis.
Knowing the fact that mom and daughter can't do anything in this situation, he is taking advantage and blackmailing them. I have suggested them not to give money at this point of time, because if they do it will become an habit for him to grab money.
I stay in hyderabad hence I am not able to help my friend who stays in banglore completely. Can any action be taken without letting her father know to teach that bugger a lesson and solve the issue once for and all.
Kindly guide me a through a correct channel so that I can walk them in a correct path, as blackmailer holds a criminal record and he is blackmailing both the ladies one is a student and other housewife who have no clue on what to do. He could even attack or harass them. I am looking for a correct procedure so that he doesn't harm them in any ways.
Thank you.
I'm damn sure that a guy who is defaming my reputation with a furious and blabbed talk that I made with him over telephone. I m sure that he shared that audio clip over to his friends and these guys r looking me n a weird way. I can't sleep properly. What action can I take against him?
Help in criminal revision
Respected all my senior sir,
I filed a. Criminal revison against the order of interim maintenance ordered passed by judicial magistrate Asansol of Rs 10,000/- per month to a minor child of the petitioner.
I am on behalf of the opposite party i.e husband , the main facts is both husband and wife are job holder in Bengal police service where the salary of husband is Rs 18,000/- per month and wife salary Rs 27,000/ - per month.
So for that reason petitioner wife file 125crpc for her minor child and not herself.
When I filed a criminal revison against this order then the session court reject my petition that I can not filed revision petition because it is a bar by kolkatta high court judgement.
Sir I am on behalf of the husband and his 65% income is going as a maintenance to his child ,
As per my study the court may order only 25% income of husband as an maintenance to wife, child etc.
So please give me any Supreme court ruling so that I filed a rescission at Session court Asansol,
Please sir help me and send me some major judgement.
