have got agriculture land in Nasik District. In the said land the person has encroached the big area. Also he has illegally constructed the toilet & grabbed the toilet subsidy from Grampanchyat/Govt. . I have got all the solid proofs. I am owner of the said agriculture land. Already met PSI but he said that he needs order from Tahisildar from taluka place so that police can give protection to us for removing the encroachment area etc. in agriculture land. Kindly revert the process /remedy. Also as he has illegally encroached, illegally constructed the toilet and illegally grabbed the Government Subsidy, for which, he should be arrested due to corruption/cheating the Government.
Kindly suggest the legal remedy and remove huts etc and short cut way to get it back immediately.

Sir,,,i was coming from party,I was cought drunk while driving a two wheeler,,there was police checking going on,,they asked me for breathanalyser,,reading was 80,they took my bike ,,,and asked me to come next day ,,next day i was made to pay fine in court.actually no FIR was done .no accident ,i got selected in SSC ,,will there be any problem,should I mention this thing,,,or was it the offence compoundable in court,when i asked for court order ,,,judge says that in such cases fine receipt is the order,,

filing of slp through by regd. post.Is it acceptable method or not?Because the document pdf file is not uploading through the given website of supremecourt.It is showing as an error while clicking complete button.I have been tried to upload my Pdf file in 2 parts.The file is also below 50MB.

Filing of SLP through by regd.post is an acceptable method?Because, to file slp through electronic filing documents which are not uploading through the given web.

I went to the Tribunal 17 years ago and its decision was negative to me then appealed to the high court and after passing 10 years dismissed my W.P. I.e, total period for urged justice in the courts is 15 years .After passing 9 years,,now,shall I apply to the same Tribunal questioning the same old judgment to modify the decision and to pass re-orders against the matter?

Dear sir,
I am an unmarried 26 Years male and belong to an OBC caste from Rajasthan. My father has inherited certain tract of land on which I constructed a showroom for rental purposes. So through the same we are receiving around 8.5 lacs per annum as the total income from the rent through the showrooms. So now my question is that would this income be treated exclusively my fathers income for OBC matters? Or would this be treated as a shared income between both me and my father as is the case in the coparcenary according to the Hindu family law. And hence the purpose of this query is to know that whether I fall below the 8 lacs/annum ceiling of creamy layer or not.
