Respected Experts,
Mine is a divorce petition and Iam appearing party in person. I have received an exparte order against my husband.
Now the judge has asked me to file a recovery petition for maintenance against my husband as he has not been paying me interim maintenance since 1 year.
Since Iam appearing party in person and do not have the financial capacity to appoint a lawyer I will be highly greatful if you can give the foramat of a Recovery Petition for maintenance.

My Client is registered with Department wef 1-7-2008. He got registered without waiting for Exemption Limit.
For the year 2008-2009, he didnt provide any services however he paid Service Tax i\on various services availed and that amount has been showed as Credit in ST3.
At the end of first year he has a credit of Rs. 100000/-
Now during these first quarter of 2009-2010 he has collected service Tax of Rs. 500000/-.
Shall he deduct teh amount of Credit? Will he get this credit, especially bcoz no services were provided during last year and credit were taken but not utilized.....
If u can provide some case law etc. for this, i would b grateful to u for the same.

Dear Sir,
I would like to know wen we file a suit for injuction then, before filing the same, do we have to pay a fees in the range of (1%- 10%)of the total value of property in consideration to the court.

Dear Sir,
My Name is Ranganath.T I need some help regards our ancestral property matter.
This is actual our Grand Mother’s Fathers property, there is no brothers for my Grand Mother, and for my father is a only son for my Grand Mother, since from 35 years we are living in her property but some unknowing peoples (neighbors & relatives) are training to get the Khata in their names, because of this reason I need to take the “Permanent Injection order” on the same property kindly tell me what I should do for this matter, and is it possible to get the order from court or any Department.

I am an senior citizen , running a shop from last 50 years in walled city delhi.before that my father was running from 1948.MY landlord was not accepting rent (Rs.51 permonth)from last several years and i deposited the rent in court.Now the land lord have filled a case under DELHI RENT CONTROL ACT Section 14(1)(e).pls tell me the strength in this case.My father got this property from CUSTODIAN AFTER PARTATION.pls reply.

I think Entry Tax in Gujarat has been abolished...Additional Tax is levied upon Sales Tax. Is that in place of Entry Tax which was being collected earlier or that is an altogether a different concept?

Service Tax payment for March is to b made in that month itself. Is there any such provision as allows to make payment for ST in respect of the payments received upto 27th March and anything received on 31st March can b paid in the next month? I m quite confused...Requesting for reply to the same.
