IF SOME BODY IS RELEASE/FREE/BURY FROM BRIBE CASE FROM LOWER COURT ADDL SESSION JUDGE ON DISTT LEVEL IN HARYANA. (1) IF ANY APPEAL MAY BE DONE BY DISTT ATTORNEY OR CONCERNED GOVT.DEPARTMENT, TO HIGH COURT. (2)IF YES THEN IN HOW MUCH TIME LIMIT. (3) AND IF THERE WILL BE ANY NEED OF COMPLAINANT DURING THE CASE IN HIGH COURT. (4)WHETHER THE ENQUIRY MAY BE DONE BY CONCERNED GOVT.DEPTT AFTER COURT DECISION.

My wife is trying to file false complaint against me and my family, we never had intercourses since 5 years of the marriage under some pretext she use to avoid for sex when she was staying with me for 2 years( iam marketing manager due which i need to go outstation most of the time living her with my parents, as our company was young i was doing more fequent trip so never took it serious),she has left the house last 3 years back never tried to communicate with me or my family,her father had convenced us that she will come back , after waiting for 5 years we had filed a case on annulment and nullity of marriage in our local family court, case is under process
now the girl and her father wants to file false complaint against us
1. A case under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. for maintenance.
2. "Protection of women from domestic violence Act".
3. A case for restoration of conjugal rights,
What are the reamdy for husband and why RCR is called as double edged weapon for girl)
how can i protect my family
can you please help me out do i need to take some precautions before they file the case\

I have a top floor flat with rights of terrace since last 20 years.Last year, I bought TDR & built additional floor & sold it this year for more than 5 times my cost of TDR & construction.
Please tell me my tax implication?Will it be short term or long term gain?

Dear Sir,
i am buying a flat in sanapada navi mumbai,for that i need NOC from CIDCO to mortgage the flat with housing finance company, but the society where i am buying this flat is comes under Gaonthan plot and have triplet agreement with CIDCO,now CIDCO not issuing NOC saying that"Conveyance deed is not happened yet"
please suggest me what should i do now? even the secretory and chairman is also not coperating.

A Bank sanctioned a loan to a multinational company. However the loan was not released as certain sanction terms were not complied with by the Company. The company is doing business for commercial purpose.
In such event whether a consumer complaint be maintained against the Bank by the Company. Pls furnish any decisions that the company cannot maintain a compalaint.
