Dear Sir,
I have filed the case(O.A) of the service matter before the Hon'ble C.A.T. The Respondents have filed their reply and aginst I have filed the rejoinder and the pleadings have been complete and the case is ready for directions/final hearing which may be held in the third week of this month and I have gone through the reply and I have found that that the averments of the respondents are very vague which may be sorted out by filing the interrogatories under order 11 Rule 1 of the CPC
Please inform whether I can file the interrogatories at this stage ?
In what way I can serve the interrogatories (Whether via Miscallneous Application)?:
Whether permission from the court is required for filing the interrogatories?

My wife submitted petition for maintenance & I also submitted petition for diverse on cruelty basis.
Above cases are going on Hindu Marriage act
Suppose I convert into Christen then can I get diverse? Waive Podgi case ?

MY UNCLE (FATHER'S REAL BROTHER) HAS EXPIRED IN 2009. HE WAS UNMARRIED AND HAD NO FAMILY EXCEPT HIS BROTHER AND THEIR CHILDREN . HE HAS IMMOVABLE PROPERTY. WHO IS THE LEGAL HEIR?
AS MY FATHER HAS RENOUNCE THE WORLD AND BECAME SADHU 14-15 YEARS AGO. MY UNCLE HAS LEFT NO WILL . THE ONLY THING ONCE HE NOMINATED MY FATHER ON HIS PF book. HE HAS NO NOMINEE NAME IN BANK ACCOUNTS. i have a client who has approached me he is a household servant in the government office. he is doing this since generations since the year 1960. they are provided with houses to stay by the govt. the payment of rent and salaries are not prompt. there is no documentary evidence to say that the person is a tenant there or any kind of ownership. the authorities concerned are not very keen to solve there problems. they have correspondence made with the authorities. they have their names on ration card. payment of electricity bills not done at regular basis. now at this stage the action is required as the authorities are now upto demolish the same. and my clients are not in a financially sound position to afford another house. they are very poor people and hence approached me to help. kindly let me know how can i approach the court for reliefs.
