hello sir,
My parents got one proposal but i am not interested in that proposal.My choice is different from that boy.Now my parents are telling if i will not marry to that boy then i will not get any proposal further and i have to stay alone lifelong.So pls suggest me what to do?Shall i marry thou i dont like or shall i wait?But my parents are forcing me.

DEAR SIR,
I AM HOLDING A LEASE HOLD JOINT PROPERTY{REGISTERED FROM LAND AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY,NIRMAN BHAWAN,NEW DELHI} WITH MY COUSIN AND AM RESIDING IN IT TOO ALL BY MYSELF.THE PROPERTY INITIALLY WAS ALLOTED TO MY FATHER AND UNCLE AS A JOINT PROPERTY AFTER INDO-PAKISTAN PARTITION AND BOTH MY UNCLE AND FATHER HAVE ALREADY EXPIRED..MY COUSIN IS STAYING OUT OF DELHI..IS IT POSSIBLE FOR MY COUSIN TO APPLY AND GET IT CONVERTED TO FREE HOLD WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR APPROVAL, AS THE LEASE DEED CLEARLY STATES THAT THE SUB DIVISION OF PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME...PLEASE GIVE OPINION...THANKS AND REGARDS...RAJESH

A is a student. B somehow got his mobile and sent a mischivious SMS to a lady political worker without knowledge of A. The lady made a complain to inquire about mobile no. owner. Meanwhile an another politician in power called A and taken his signature on verious blank stamp papers forcefully and also threat A not to say anybody. After inquiry the lady files a complain against A. A is innocent and victim of work done by B. Now what can he do and overcome from the situation? What usage can be done of stamp papers against A?

I am buying a flat in Ghaziabad and made an Agreement to Sell for the flat. I have submitted earnest money . Now the vendor is not cooperating. It was Power of Attorney flat. He is not showing originals. It was clause in Agreement that Vendor will make Registry. Now he is not giving registry copy. There fore I am not being able to apply for loan. After the given time my earnest money will be fortified if I will not interested or the Vendor will have to give double amount. But the mediator (Agent) is with Vendor. Now I am not being able to proceed , What to do?

Sponge retained in abdominal cavity after LSCS operation. Removed at other hospital after first surgeon diagnosed it after 54 days. Patient demanding 3 lac's to keep quiet, not go to criminal or consumer court.
Is it a criminal offense?
Is the compensation amount correct?
Is out of court settlement legal?
If not, what preventive measures to be taken by first surgeon to prevent extortion?
What papers to be demanded from party?

I have been submitted written application dtd.29.12.2009 to our co-op.hsg.society, requesting to issue a NOC for selling my own flat but still i have not receivd any reply from them.
All dues are clear from my site till date.
In this case can I go ahead with the buyer to complete further procedure like stamp duty, registration?
societies acknowledgment is available with me.
Please reply at the earliest.

if police files a FIR under 420 and 423 and seizes a private office assets like computers , etc wht immediate relief the company can take to re open the office .
wht is the correct procedure as the complainant is hand in glove wth the police and the press . can writ petition be filed to teach the police a lesson ????
pls help we are facing atrocities of the police which are totally illegal as it is purely business related matter and comes under civil/ business law and not under IPC
