I have estranged married life since last 8-10months. We(Me and my wife) don't talk or meet since long time. We are about to get divorce.
Whenever I tried to meet My wife for sorting out problem in between us, her brother and her family friend (Tantrik-mantrik baba type, who guides them in our issue) tries to harass me by telling me that they have filed police case against me for torturing my wife (of course its wrong allegation).
In past, My wife had threatened me many times to do suicide in case I'll leave her, these threatening happened a year ago. Moreover she tried to jump from my building (5th floor) in a heated argument - May 2009 Solapur,Maharashtra City (My residence near my old office).
Now we both stay at different cities. Can I, Now, file case against my wife for such threatening and attempt to suicide after 8-9 months in different city as well?
What kind of case I can file & what inquiry police can do in this case? Also Where I should file this case?
Please guide me. I'm waiting for your kind reply. I just want to have some legal proof with me in case she attempts suicide again.

I am based in NCR and live in a property on the first floor with my family. The plot was purchased and constructed by my father 35 years back. One of fathers brother stays with his family along with grandmother in the same house for last 20 years on the ground floor. My father was living on the ground floor and died last year and in his will left the property to me (only child daughter) and giving right to my uncle to stay till grandmother is alive also neither my father or me have never charged any rent from my uncle and his family. Also my mother has died a few years back. I am married and staying with my family on the first floor in the same property. Now my grandmother has also died recently and uncle and his family are refusing to vacate. Uncle already has a three bedroom flat within 5 kms of our house which is lying vacant and has 1 plot in NCR. I have talked to Uncle and also written to him asking for when they would be vacating but he is not responding. We are also hearing that they might be moving to their house in a couple of months and are planning to lock the ground floor and go. The water connection is from the ground floor and I have some of my personal stuff and furniture on the ground floor. Please advise how should we proceed if they lock and leave as going to court would take a long time and we can’t stay without water and can we take police help to get immediate relief in such case

Hello,
I have been married for 6 years and now my husband is filing for divorce as we realised that we dont get along. He did not want to even put any effort right from the beginning and it was only me who kept up with his absence due to long working hours, physical abuse, loneliness etc. While he remained the husband who would only visit, it was me who made the house a home. FRom the beginning, when the house was brought, i kept asking when i could become a co-owner but my husband and his mother kept saying its no use and that its a very lengthy process and will cost a lot of money. Now at this juncture, all i have left is this house to which i am very attached. My husband is the only child to his parents and they own a 1 bhk house close to my marital home. I need this shelter. Please help me in understanding how i could contest rights of owning this house. I have been requesting my husband to let the house be with me but he has disagreed. The house loan which is pending can be paid by me till the tenure ends. Please help me, i am really distressed. My husband has gone public and is maligning my image to people he knows. I have agreed to sign the divorce papers but i need this house before i go ahead with the divorce.
WE have imported some material from china against LC.
The china company has made short supply of material but raised full invoice and encashed the LC.
How can we recover that amount,
What proceeding can we initiate against them in china and india,
Is there some agency who look after these matters

Ancestral property was partitioned. Mother lived with one of the sons and she in the partition deed gifted her share to him. He was married but died without any issues and intestate.
Under Sch. I of the Hindu Succession Act 1956, there are no heirs other than the widow. However, under Sch. II the intestate has surviving brothers and sisters.
The questions:
1. Do all of them together hold half right in the land and building (house) of the intestate? In other words, do the brothers hold half and half by the two sisters?
Another partition case on a different asset was decreed while the deceased was alive. Court has appointed a Commission to partition it among the heirs. No one has raised any claims on the intestate as they think it is too late to act.
2. Can the widow now apply to the court to partition the deceased's share for herself as his widow and then gift that to the children of another brother of the intestate?
Divorse
Hi there, i just wanna ask that my friends divorse petition is pending in Supreme court, the opposite party (female) is not appearing in the court even after repeated service of suumons & notices to her.Is there any provision in law to get divorse if the female is avoiding her appearance so as to delay the court proceedings. She has now agreed for a sum of money & filed a mutual divorce petition. what will happen if she withdraws her consent. I just wanna aks what should b done as she is playing very smartly.
