Sir,
my family(mother and father)living in a rented house since 25 years,Now we have ration card,driving licence,vote id card on rented address,having no rent aggrement or rent reciept.
During 25 years, landlord sold house to 2nd person,at present 2nd person(Presently landlord)want to Vacant house from us in this condition what can we do to stay or defense? We have no aggrement from present landlord.
please give advise

i lent money to friend who was in urgent need he issued post dated cheques which bounced (i haid borrowed money to give him the loan in good faith) i wanted to attach his property although i dont know address or survey number is there any procedure to know property held by him please help

"A" met to "B" and said to him that "A" is working in a company, which provides articles in cheap rate to small shop keeper in lieu of a one time deposit of Rs 2500/-. "A" assured to "B" that "B" may be an employee under "A", pay Rs 6000/- shall be paid to "B" and "B" has to make members. No appointment letter was issued to "B". "B" agreed and make some members in his relation also. In doing so "A" was also with "B" as a promoting officer to satisfy the people with the scheme. From the receipts which were given to the members some were bearing "A" signature and some were "B"'s signature. Receipt book is with "B".Later on A left the all dealing and said company has been closed. Now the people are asking money from "B". What action can be taken against "A" on behalf of "B" please advice. Whether recovery of money is possible?

I want to procure land for Cooperative Society to be formed but the authorities have told me that the said land should be from Residential zone only it it is purchased for a Cooperative Society. However what if when i wan to purchase a land out of corporation limit where there is no zoning from Town Planning? And is it sufficient if i obtain the NA order from collector for said land and purchase the same for Coop. Soci.?

sir, I have got a sale deed executed at Lucknow. The language contains certain grammatical error of kind that seller is a single person but the varios verbs have been used as if the seller is more than one person. How much this defect affects the title and whetehe any rectification is required in this case, if so kindly send me a draft.

I feel shame to tell that my marriage was a love marriage and I stayed with her for last twelve years.
Now I want to get rid of her.
I am an ex-serviceman from Indian Air Force, now working in private secotor in Chandigarh though my old parents stay in Kolkata. I have to take the decision to stay in Chandigarh because of my wife.
From the very beginning me and my parents are not satisfied with the behaviors and nature of my wife. Though it was different before marriage. We tried to rectify her but failed to do so. We filed a divorce case against her in 2004 at Kolkata and after getting the letter from court she agreed to lead a normal life like others and it is in paper(a copy is with me). So we did not proceed the case.
After a month or two she began the same thing and as the day progress she is becoming more and more arrogant and desperate. Now I am frustrated and want to get rid of it.
Everyday go outside at 9 o’clock at night and returned around 10 o’clock, then started cooking.
After dinner around 11-30 at night started talking with someone (I have heard some male voice).
One day I heard her smile at 2.00 am also. This is the new developments.
Wake up around 10 a.m. Don’t send my 9 year child to school. Because to make her prepared for the school, she has to wake up early. Her attendance in the school is very poor (School attendance report can be collected).She never allow my girl to go outside and mix with others.
Without any reason suddenly shouting radically.
Now a day she started abusing me and my family members and threatened me to put 498A to punish me and my old parents.
Now a days it is very difficult to stay together with her but the law in our country which always favors the women I am helpless. Please tell me how can I get rid of her?

Respected Members, Kindly help. I have notarised a document. I now want to register it with the sub registrar. Can I do so? Kindly advise. There are two documents. 1. Declaration that on agreement to sale, stamp duty has been paid, but that document has not been registered. 2. Gift deed that the above property has been gifted to son. For execution of both these documents, separate power of attorney has also been executed and notarised. The person making all these documents is 80 years old and cannot move out of bed. Kindly help.
