Registration of documents.

Respected Members, Kindly help. I have notarised a document. I now want to register it with the sub registrar. Can I do so? Kindly advise. There are two documents. 1. Declaration that on agreement to sale, stamp duty has been paid, but that document has not been registered. 2. Gift deed that the above property has been gifted to son. For execution of both these documents, separate power of attorney has also been executed and notarised. The person making all these documents is 80 years old and cannot move out of bed. Kindly help.
