she filed false 498a case on me & my family members. I am very sure that the allegations made by her & her father are totally wrong and cannot be proved in court. Therefore, I want to take up this challenge & would like to make their life miserable too, so that they should take back the case immediately.
Please advice what counter cases should I file to make 498a strong?
I am NRI, please advice, do I need to be present during filing these cases or any alternate is available?

I am having a property for over 30 years on lease with all the rights for sub-lease, rent and construction etc.
Now I have given the same on leave license agreement through a broker and the brokerage paid to the broker has been deducted from the license fees.
Please clarify that the same is deductable or not at the AO is not allowing the deduction.
I have calimed deduction of 30% as per the I. T. act

Hi,
I request your help.
Situation-
1.Builder has posted a notice informing that the CHS has been formed and his services will be discontinued.
2.Although possession has been given to 60% of flats, present occupancy is less than 15%.
3.Approach Road, Boundary , Municipal water supply, Fire Safety has not been completed by the Builder.
My question is -
1.Without road, fire safety, and municipal water , was it legal for the builder to form CHS?
2.After we form an Adhoc committee , is there a possibility that the builder will leave the pending work incomplete and the society has to take care of the completion? In case this happens is the builder safe legally?
3. What is the legal liability of the secretary of the adhoc committee? If anything happens to the building due to inferior construction , whether the adhoc committee will be held responsible by the authorities?
Kindly help. Suggest us whether we should go for formation of an adhoc committee or we should challenge the builder legally.

as per the above subject my client was doing facility management business as proprietor he has appointed a person to do the business this person only looking 40% of profit out of 100% & he will not invest any capital or he will not bare any loss. for this i need particular format

Following r the facts of the cases. plz give me decided cases in regard of this
kiran arora has passed her MBBS from medical college on feb 20,2001. a proposal for her marriage was made through their neighbour sh Jai. he told them that the boy has passed his mba from commerce dept GNDU amritsar & is employed as executive in a big concern at chandigarh. the same was affirmed by the brother in law of the boy. the girl gave her consent in the representation & they got married on March,01.
AFTER TWO MONTHS of their marriage the wife came to know that her husband had passed BA with diploma in business mgt & was undergoing trainig in factory.
So she field the petition for nullity of marriage u/s 12(1) of hindu marriage act ..
me is on the boy side

as it is required to execute on Indian non judicial stamp paper, what is the rate of stam duty?
i mean how much amount of stamp paper is needed?
And where in the Indian Stamp Act, mentioned it?

i have send legal notice of recovery to a pvt ltd company based in bombay and one branch office in delhi.
legal notice has been received by bombay office.
i came to know that delhi office has been closed.
as i was planning to file recovery suit against the company but under apprehension that it will cost a lot and in case suit is decreed it has to be executed in bombay.
and in case i think for winding up, company might be registered in bombay, so the same would lie in bombay high court.
kindly advice shall go for recovery suit in delhi , while keeping in view that delhit office is still existing .

My father has constructed a house from his income only. But, he registered it in my mother's name. I have a two sisters who are married and an elder mentally deficient brother. My father has not left any will. My mother is not accepting to write a will. I am married and have two daughters. How can i ensure my share in the house? Please advice.

Respected All,
Kindly tell me what is the Transfer date and what is the effective date for the amalgamation within the meaning of section 391-394 of the Companies Act. Further what would be the right exposure for a in house Corporate Lawyer in such work. I have been entrusted with the work to prepare the scheme, notice to the share holders for general meeting, get the same approved by our learned lawyer, and to represent one company in the general meeting to be held in next month. Is it sufficient exposure for me? And regarding the application for Court order, for exchange ratio of shares etc can i have an entrance into the same being a qualified (non registered with court) Lawyer? Kindly advise.
