There are two different proceedings between the same parties, one under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and other u/s. 498-A of IPC, Query is whether a case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 can be stayed for want of trial u/s. 498-A of IPC? Is there any such judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court?

Que:1.The way Female can File Different Maintenance Suits at Different Courts under different sections, similarly can a husband file two or more Divorce Suits under different Section in Different Courts in the Same District?

Mr. A has issued power of attorny to Mr. B (Dated 2 Nd April 2002), in attorney said Mr. A has taken a pre interest loan of Rs. 4 lac from Mr. B if Mr. A has not refund Rs. 4 lac witin 2 yers Mr. B has full ligeal wite to Sell/ possiaon of Flat, Mr. A HAs not Refund the loan amt till the date, and he his not in Mumbai (not treseble), Power of attorney noterised & on Rs. 50/- satmp pare

my father had died and he had only liquid assets that it deposits which have been transferred to my mather. my mother owns a house plus some deposits already. we are two brothers (both married)and one sister (divorsed and live with us). mother wants to allocate the assets between us by giving the house to me and my sister half each plus some deposit and compensate my brotherby giving more funds to him.
she wants to transfer the house after her death and funds now. what would be the procedure

Myself and three of my friends started a company. We signed the deed, got the pan card in the name of our company, registered for service tax also but yet to open the bank account. Now all the three have got some personal problem and wants to leave the company. But i wanna start it as we planned. Now at this stage how should i go about this?? how do i have to convert this into a single proprietor company??

Birth Certificate
Dear Experts,
I have lost my daughter's original birth certificate.I have enough photocopies and also online download of Birth certificate.
But still we need the original back to apply for school admission.
Where should we apply for the extract of birth certificate. My daughter is born in chennai - soorya Hospital vadapalani.I am very confused in where to apply.Is there only a single office for the Municipal office or we need to apply in respective regional offices based on the locality.
Can anyone kindly guide me where to apply.Also now we are permanently relocated to Mumbai. Does it make any issue in applyin for BC?
