Sir I assured the party to sell a land for 10 lakhs and I got an advance payment of 50000.But now I'm in a situation not to sell the land and when I repay the advance the party doesn't get cooperated with me.I haven't made any agreement regarding advance payment but I have given the xerox of the land registration. Is there any way for the party to threaten me or do any legal problem regarding the land with that photocopy kindly suggest a way and a solution to get rid of this problem

I had received an IT scrutiny notice us 143(2) in my email on 19th Dec 2017 for AY 2016-17.
The notice was dated 24/08/2017 and gave me time till 05/09/2017 to reply. But, I received the notice only on 19/12/2017. Since, it was a wrong time lapsed notice and no e-proceedings were pending in my e-filing account, I didn't reply to the notice last time.
Again, I have received 2 notices from two different jurisdictional IT AO. One notice was under section 142(1) dated 14th Sep 2018 and gave me time till 20th Sep 2018 to reply. There was no e-proceedings for this notice. Again I received one more notice u/s 143(2) on 17th Sep 2018 and has given me time till 2nd Oct 2018 to reply. This time, there is an e-proceeding for the same(sec 143(2) notice).
My query is,
1) Can I ignore the time lapsed 143(2) notice? What are the implications?
2) What are the provisions of Sec 292BB in this case, since I have received time barred 142(1) / 143(2) notices. Should I raise an objection to the time barred notice now, before assessment completion or I can ignore the notice now and raise the objection later?
3) What can be done, if I get notice again u/s 148 later?
Please clarify these queries.

My LPA for correction of date of birth in 10th marksheet(cbse) is pending in high court. I have just completed my graduation. I will apply for jobs in MNCs and startups. Then which dob I have to register while applying for job? Since 10th marksheet is necessary for job, I have to give dob as per 10th marksheet. If in future, high court orders cbse to correct my dob in 10th marksheet as per my birth certificate. Then will company update my dob record? Or it doesn't matter to company? Please help. Because of this issue, I am not even applying for jobs. I am in dilemma. Thanks in advance
Regarding property survey number falling under waqf board
Hello Sir/Madam,
We have long purchased a house whose survey number falls under waqf board category. But I have a Gazette copy from AP board saying that my survey number doesn't fall under waqf board.
In Govt. stamps land details, it clearly says that some extent of 466 falls under waqf board, but the government is not allowing my file for LRS.
Can someone guide me how should I get the NOC from the waqf board with the reference documents I have?
