One investor invested 3 lakhs in my co. but due to exchange rate i recieved 2,94,000 in my account...in shareholder agreement he has asked for 526 shares...how should i allocate him..and in what premium...i have to show this to RBI as well for FDI ..pls advice on how many shares should i allocate him ( i assume it should be a round figure)

Dear All,
please enlighten me on this aspect of litigation -
if the High Court mistakenly appoints a person as a valuer of some property treating him as a C.A. but as a matter of fact, that person has renounced his CA authorisation and is not entitled to sign as a CA, then which application should be made to the HC for rectification of the said Order.
will it be u/151 CPC?
also, what should be the format of the application since that person must be the applicant then how it should be made.
Please enlighten.

The Force Majeure condition of a particular contract contains finite list of events for which this clause can be invoked ( which also includes Strikes). But the clause does not specifically cover the subcontractor/subsupplier's works or locations.
In case if the Contractor wants to invoke this clause for one of the strikes in the subsupplier's location overseas can it be invoked ?
There are no restrictiins in the contract for assigining the contract or appointing a sub supplier.

Dear Sir,Pl. let me know how a will is executed ? Whether all the persons mentioned in the will have to give their consent as to the property allotted to them ? Who opens the will ? Within what period the will should be opened ? If the will is not opened within 3 years of tha death of the executor of the will whether it can be challenged after the expiry of the three years on any matter pertaining to the will ? What is the procedure for challenging a will ?

Due to an interim order of the Superme Court granting stay on DPC (Promotion) the interest of many employees, who are not the parties to the dispute, are adversely affected as they are not getting their due promotion. Now, I want to ask whether they can approach the Supreme Court for early disposal of the case or for vacating the interim order.

NOTICE for Board Meetings
Normally mode of serving a notice for calling Board Meeting is not prescribed.
In case of dispute between two Directors (A and B) A alleges that no Notice was served on him informing of Board Meetings. B can not prove that the same was served as it was an oral notice infact.
Matter is likely to go to CLB.
Wat shall b B's answer to this?
