Due to an interim order of the Superme Court granting stay on DPC (Promotion) the interest of many employees, who are not the parties to the dispute, are adversely affected as they are not getting their due promotion. Now, I want to ask whether they can approach the Supreme Court for early disposal of the case or for vacating the interim order.

They should have to first become parties to the ongoing dispute and then they may pray therein as desired.

THEY CAN APPLY TO JOIN AS A PARTY AND THEN THEY CAN SUBMIT APPLICATION AS DESIRED.

First they should apply to join as a party and then they can submit for early disposal.
