Respected Experts,
Here I am submitting a doubt for ur clarification.
“A” has executed a General Power of Attorney in favour of “B” to do sale transaction etc., on his behalf. Accordingly “B” has executed an Agreement of Sale in favour of “C” and received total consideration, but no Sale Deed was duly registered on some reasons, at that time. Now “A” has expired. So “B “is refused to do registration in favour of “C” on the ground that “A” is no more.
In such a case what “C” should do? I think that in the event of death of “A” the powers vested with “B” on the basis of said GPA, stands cancelled and that he has no right to do registration etc., as per law.
Plz. Clarify.

Respected Sir,
back ground : we have setup a new unit, which is in notified industrial area of NE, (a partnership firm) started production in 2006 and were availing exemption under 80IC, we manufacuture pan masala(without tobacco) and churna for pan(mouth freshener)in our factory
the IT officer say that to claim the benefit of 80IC, our unit should make substantial expansion then only you can get the benefit of 80IC, as you unit has not made substantial expansion, you are not eligible for exemption under 80ic, 80ic is applicable to the unit how have made expansion during the period specified in 80ic not the new units estabilised during the specified period
sir pls help me with relevant papers to prove that new unit are also eligible for exemption of income tax for 10 years under 80IC.

Dear Experts,
A contract which has a restrictive condition not to carry on similar practice for the contract period and one year thereafter will be enforceable if the contract term is already expired and the person commenced practice after the contract term but within the one year restriction imposed in the contract document. Will that one year condition imposed and the breach of that can be enforceable in law ?

pls suggest me on what basis stamp paper face value is fixing for agreements (rental agreement, sale agreement, will etc,.) specify which law is applicable.

Dear Sir, i have bought a resale flat in sanpada, registration and Sale dead happened on 16th sep,09 and 20th Nov,09 respectively, i have taken possession and i had submitted all the required document to transfer and issue the share certificate on 26th jan,2010, but inspite of writing many letters to the secretory but they are not responding,and the maintenance which are coming that too on old owner's name only, even ignoring my letters which i drop in drop box along with the mantinance cheque,please suggest what do i do? attached the letters which i sent to secretory.

iam sindhu,i have few queries to ask..
one of my friend who got married and his husband was a business man,he had huge loss in business n now in IP,the worst part is his wife,thats my friend took loans for him n atlast even she is in ip for nothing..
at present both are not in good terms due to personal problem,now she want 2 know if she can get releved from ip?husband doesnt have a proper job,and if she want to get divorced will ip b in her name or it will b transfered to her husbands name n she can be free?? pls reply..

Wife staying seperately in a rented house with children past few months
Does Father has any provisions to see children
through
1) Police: Not sure if they oblidge Mens request
2) Court : Since it is civil case, not sure whether we can get order within few (2 or 3) days
It would be a great help if some one tells whats the best solution which can be arrived in a day or two?
