Daughter rights in ancestors property deprived once accepted in family tree later one of the heirs obtain title on her name from her mother deprived succession rights and also no partition took place.

Hi Experts,
I had a HSBC credit card in 2007 with limit of 93000. My friend used it and betrayed me. However, he paid minimum dues for close to 5 to 6 months in 2010. In 2010 i received calls from one of recovery agency to pay 16000.00 to make the card closed properly. Still i sm not in good financial position to pay it and left it as it. Now i prefer to close it properly. I tried to reach HSBC bank. They advised to go in person to branch. Also in Experian report it was marked as closed with outstanding of 93K. How to close this credit card properly with amicable payment.

In our apartments we have 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats. Common are maintenance charges are levied rs. 1400, 1800 and 2000 respectively. Is this justifiable when the owner's right on the common area is undivsible and equal ? How an owner's association can charge based on the area of flat held?

3 daughters executed transfer deed in favour of Mother title before sub Registrar and property is ancestors.Mother got title and therein after Mother executed testament in favour of eldest daughter depriving inheritance rights of rest 2 daughters.The eldest daughter executed a sale deed and grabbed whole amount.Depriving inheritance rights of rest 2 daughters.in March 2026 without consent on power of title.
But the same elded daughter had executed and obtain Family tree declaring inheritance rights of the 2 daughters she was applicant and declarent and admission of inheritance rights of daughters. Before Talati mantri competent authority of Mamlatdar office.attested with 2 independent witnesses. besides notorised Notary public Gujarat state with entry page sr.no.
Eldest daughter affidavited herself admitted 2 daughters legal heirs rights. No partition took place.
Now the act of eldest daughter is lawful?
2 sisters can claim their birth right on such ancestors property.

I would like to seek clarification on the following points regarding EWS assessment:
Whether one Gaushala is to be considered/measured for the purpose of EWS assessment.
If a house and the lawn/open area adjoining the house are situated on barren land, whether both the house and the lawn/open area are to be considered and measured only as house area for EWS assessment.
Kindly clarify the applicable rules/provisions in this regard

Respected Learned Expert(s), I have filed a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras. The Registry has returned ny Petition for some corrections. I had re-presented the corrected Writ Petition in the Registry on 21/08/2026. I am the Party In-Person in the Writ. I have not received any confirmation on the re-presentation from the Registry. I am residing 165 Km. away from Madras. How can I ascertain the position of my Writ Petition? Is there any way by on line?
