Resp. Experts,
I had gone through many judgements of the courts which lays a rule that Mutation entries, Property cards, Village extracts form doesn't create or extinguish the title.
It is only title documents viz various deeds/decrees etc which creates or extinguish the title.
My point of raising question is how to prove the title on property when the property in question is not subjected to any title document and title is only transferred in succession?
How much back in time one required to go and for which document should rely, so as to establish title by inheritance?
What would be the first document for title, given that Mutation entries, village forms do not confer title?

The Power of Attorney executor lodged a complaint against me under Section 468 & 471 in the IPC in the Police Station that I had made the said General Power of Attorney in fraudulent means and subsequent registration of Sale Deed for transfer of 10 Lessa land and then mutation is also forged. Now, the Police Served Notice U/S 41(A) CrPC & 91 CrPC to me to report to the Police Station along with all original documents like the POA, Registered Sale deed for verification & threatened to cease all.
I shall be highly obliged for your kind and valuable advice/suggestion in this regards at the earliest please.

In private complaint IPC complainant was examined statement recorded and list of documents filed. One witness also appeared before court. Then court summoned accused u/s 204. My query is that can complainant produce 2 more witness to prove the case as trial begins.

My husband died 20days ago he had received 2 cheques in his name of Rs.5L each,

DV Act case was filed in Andhra Pradesh. We live in Telangana. My parents are very old and cannot travel to defend.

Revenue records and suit
We had filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction for the ancestral property. It consists of three brothers.
The suit was filed against the two brothers. However, after filing the suit we noticed revenue records were changed to his son's name for one of the brothers
In the written statement also Defendant did not take the plea that property is partitioned among his sons. will it affect the case?
