what shall be the course of action if a complaint filed under section 498A IPC is closed by investigation after putting investigation report . can a complaint for malicious prosecution be filed against wife and his relatives.

Dear all;
In one of the case judge has granted x amount maintenance to the child under section 26 HMA. my question is that can a trust be formed for the minor child for his paramount interest with regards to the amount awarded by the court. please give citation if there is of any similar case where court has directed or parties have applied for the formation of trust for the minor.

dear sir,
I am a housewife from trivandrum and I had completed my Degree. I wish to start an MLM marketing, ie. I market a product of Rs.20/-and distribute that product to 5 persons by accepting a commission and that 5 persons refer another 5 persons each like that, by accepting the commission. I want to know is this marketing legal or not. I am willing to pay tax for this. Kindly give me advice about this,that I continue this type of marketing or not.

If any case of recovery amount decided in lokadalat and as per order amount be paid by installment then after the deffendant paid only 2 or 3 installments out of 10. What we do for further recovery?

Sec 65B of indian evidence speaks of admissibility of electronic records ok now the problem arises here that whether the exshibit of the electronic records is necessary on solemen affirmation-as it is true to my knowledge that the content............. by the issuing authority who produces as in one case IO himself has exshibited the elec rcrd without any authority affirmation........... any case law anybody can provide as 2morow is the date of death reference plz bail me out if anybody can

Dowry prohibition act
1.Whether section 3 of the dowry prohibition act is inoperative against the family of wife in view of section 7 of the said act?
2.who is the aggrieved party in the dowry prohibition act, wife or all his relatives.
3.if all the relative of the wife are aggrieved party then this will make section 3 inoperative?
