Dear all;
In one of the case judge has granted x amount maintenance to the child under section 26 HMA. my question is that can a trust be formed for the minor child for his paramount interest with regards to the amount awarded by the court. please give citation if there is of any similar case where court has directed or parties have applied for the formation of trust for the minor.

Trust can be formed by the guardian of mino for his welfare and no permission of court is required in this regard.
