Hindu marriage act amendment

any update related to:-

the issue of allowing courts to decide on doing away with the mandatory six-month waiting period for couples seeking divorce to move a joint petition by mutual consent. as it would help speed up divorce procedures.

Suppose some one want to take divorce within 6 month of marriage then ? or they have to wait for the same. for 18 months

Gift tax laws and definition of relative

My father died intestate , leaving behind myself , my two sisters, my brother's son ( Brother and his wife have expired ). Since I was either the nominee or joint holder in all his bank accounts , I have received the proceeds from the bank in my name . To be fair to all my siblings , and son of my sibling , I propose to gift my sister's and my brother's son a certain sum of moneny. My sister's or my brother son will not make any legal claim and have left it to my wish. I want to know the Income Tax implication of gift to my sister's and my brother's son.

"The query is GIFT TAX liability if I gift to my sister's and by brother's son. Any documents to be executed between us, from TAXATION angle?

Second marriage after divorce

I had inter religion marriage with my ex-wife ,which came to be dissolved by family court as she wanted a divorce, and I filed for Judicial separation.
Marriage has been dissolved by Family court on 26th February.
I had challenged the verdict in High Court on March 1st which still has to be accepted.
Last week i came to know that my ex got married. My question is under which provision of law i can file case against her?
My assumption is based on the fact that both parties had to wait for 3 month from the date of verdict before re-marriage.Please help
