registration

i submitted a sale deed well executed and properly stamped in the office of the sub-registrar two years back. after that i had no communication from the office.this month i along with the executant appeared before the sub-registrar office for registration of the deed. the deed is still pending in the office. the sub-registrar is objecting for registration saying that it was executed two years back and attracts provisions of section 25 of the registration act.
i requested to the sub-registrar that it is not my fault since i presented the deed within four months of its execution to the office and it is the office who could not inform me about the date of registration.

please suggest the proper way according to law to get my deed registered without attracting the provisions U/S 25 of the registration act.

police harrasment and inaction

respected members

i am a girl of 23 years of age, and before 1 year, i had given one room of my house to a lady, and after giving room, after some days male persons started visiting her (lady) house. the naighbours objected this and, on demand of neighbours and other relatives we compelled the lady to leave room, but she threatnd to kill us. but ultimately she left room, after this incident my grandmother died. now i live alone in my house, and my mamajis family and chachajis family live nearby. one day the lady came to our house and started abusing me, and try to fight with me, and isulted me by saying that i am a bad charactered girl. and i had taken Rs. 20 lacs from her husband, i did not take it seriously, but on 31 jan she again came and abused me before the neighbours and slaped me, and misbehaved me, and said she will kill me. and we caught her in my house and call the police, but police did not take any action against her. now 0n 2nd march she gave a complaint to women cell, that i had taked Rs.20 lacs from her husband, she had not any proof with her. but the police(lady) of women cell call me again and again, and insulted me(by taking bribe from the lady), now the women police again calling me (without any proog), what action i can take against the lady, and the officials of women cell because they are harrasing me, abusing me and the lady slapped me and defamed me, and threatned me to kill. plz guide

pejury / contempt of court

As experts sugested in my previous qerryy "Your Husband and the other woman can be tried for pejury" . My husband gave false affidavit in high court n dist court , but the other lady gave false affidavit to my husband and further he submitted that in dist court.
Now my querry:
1 Both of them can be tried in one complaint
2 what is the jurisdiction for filing as false affidavits were filed at different courts at different places

3 can i file in high court / dist court

4 Is pejury different from contempt of court as i have moved one complaint in high court against my husband for filing false affidavits in highcourt. he has filed two affidavits in high court with different stand , one he says he is not married to me and married to other lady , 2nd he only married to me
