A PURCHASES A PROPERTY. A WAS IN POSSESSION AND ENJOYMENT AND DIED INTESTATE LEAVING HIS WIFE AND 3 SONS. AT THE LIFE TIME OF THE A, HE HAS GOT GRAND SONS THROUGH THE SONS. NO PARTITION HAS TAKEN PLACE IN BETWEEN THE WIFE AND SONS. WHETHER THE GRAND SONS ARE HAVING RIGHT OVER THE GRAND FATHER'S PROPERTY ALONG WITH THE RESPECTIVE FATHERS.
PLEASE GIVE YOUR VALLUABLE EXPERT OPINION.

No. In the given case grandsons are not entitled for any share in the properties left by their father during the lifetime of their fathers.

Since it was self earned property of A,grand sons cannot have any share in the property.

Since the property left by the grandfather isnot the ancestral property and is self-earned property by him.Hence the grand-sons do not acquire or hold water for grandsons of any type right or interestorshare in this property.
