Send regd., A.D. complaint to the superintendent of police of your Dist., and copies to Dy.S.P. and concerned P.S.I. and also copies to Home Minister and Lokayukt about the misbehavior of the police. If they didn't do any thing then you will have to file complaint in the court. Dnt go alone to the police station, you go with your mamajis are elders of your society.
If you know any good lawyer then you can also issue notice to the concerned PSI stating that unnecessary harrassing my client, if continued the same thing case legal action against will be initiated against you.

You can also lodge a complaint before Human Rights Commission against the PSI for her/his misbehaviour with you.

jaisa ki aapne bataya hai ki... 31-01-2010 ko usne aapke ghar me guskar aapke saath marpeet ki thi.... agar police report darz nahi karti hai to aapke paas ek vikalp aur hai ki aap aapke district ke S.P. (Police Adhikshak) ko shikayat de sakti hai. Parntu jaisa aapne kathit kiya hai ki police kuch bhi karyavaahi nahi kar rahi hai. Isliyr aap apne city ke kisi achche vakil se sampark turant kare aur ek pariwaad ( complaint) sambandhit Magistrate Court main antargat DHARA 190 CrPC ka pesh kare.... isme section 323, 451, 506 IPC ka apradh banana paya jaata hai... oske alawa aap us lady ke khilaf executive magistrate ke samaksh dhara 107 CrPC ka pariwaad bhi kar sakti ki aapko us lady se jaan ka khtra hai.
