My origin state is uttar pradesh. I got married in delhi before 16 year and I am permanent resident from 2001 in delhi state. My caste in obc both states. (Uttar pradesh and delhi also). My in law's family resident in delhi since 1965.now I selected for delhi govt job in obc category. but delhi subordinate service selection board during document verification not accept me as a delhi's permanent candidate. My obc certificate issued me in 2007 after verification including my origin state by SDM Rampura delhi.but present tahsildar said me by a notice to submit my resident prof from 1993.but my marriage held 2001. Tahsildar worn me that I am a migrant cadidate. He told me that he file a FIR against me. But my every document is true that I submitted at time of issueing my Obc certificate.i am permanent resident in delhi from 16 year and my family not migrant hear (delhi).I become a member of delhi 's resident family by marriage. What a do now sir.

Dear Sir/Madam
I wish to know if i have any justifying stand in a case, if i file it in CAT .
Summary of the issue
1. I applied for a job in DSSSB, Delhi as Assistant Engineer, offline mode, in year 2012, i.e on paper format.
2. later in year 2014 Nov/Dec, DSSSB started re -registration for same advertisement online, which i missed because of some un avoidable circumstances.
3. Now on 07/07/2017 they posted notification on their site , to conduct examination on 30/07/2017.
Kindly suggest me , if i have any stand in CAT to grant permission to sit in examination on the basis of my offline submission and registration.

Dear experts
A person working as a contignent part time sweeper since 2012 in the the government office of the Dy. Executive Enginer.
Can't we file a petition or case in a Labour Court for regulerisation /permanent and also asking full time sweeper. If it is possible where to file the case. The person is living at DISTRICT.
Kindly give a suitable advice on this as the person is getting only rs.1200/-per month.
Though it is a part time job but he is working as a full time due to some OBLIGATIONS.

Dear sir,
I had joined power sector psu at the post of Technician Trainee in 2003.and completed one year Training period and placed in regular pay scale of Technician and served for 3 years 6 months mean time our workmen union was demanding that our one year training period may be considered in regular service tobe counted for determining the eligibility period for next grade. In 2008 was selected in supervisor grade which is next one to Workman grade as a department internal candidate through proper channel and submitted my technical resignation and again inducted as Je ( supervisor ) trainee for one year and serving here last 9 years. Now our management has pleased the long time pending demand of considering the training period in service to be counted and one time dispensation is allowed. Now my question is that am I eligible for that consideration of training period even I had also inducted one year Training Period in workman category and served for 3 years and 6 months as regular workman. Kindly suggest me appropriate clues.

I resigned on 7 jan and my notice period is of 90 days
i serve up to 16 march and my balance PL & EL was 30 days
I have also claim of 15600 which is duly approved but unpaid
now my Hr is not giving the NOC or balance salary

Hi,
my brother is working for an software company.
last year he had brain stroke and lost his ability to speak and write.
Now he can speak very little, and his writing has improved along with physical strength. He understands all things but his speach is affected.
he joined office after one year of gap, but he is requested to work in night shift, which he denied.
now HR is asking to resign
can my brother get some legal help/advise.

Good Afternoon!
Before a month our company has shutdown our process and out sourced it due to the cost efficiency reasons and we were forced to relive from the organisation immediately but they haven't provide us with the Two month salary as a compensation.
When I enquired regarding this to our organisation, I didn't get any proper response from them and later they have provided me only 15 days salary.
In this case, I would like to know whether the policy of providing the employee with 2 months salary is in the employee act or not! and If it is in the act how should I proceed further?
