I am recently joined IT company and deputed to client site in gurugram. I resigned on 30-oct on high working pressure and huge stress and some medical emergency at home. Notice period mentioned in offer is 3 months but verbal discussion HR mentioned 1 month during probation but i have no evidence.
Now company had not paid me salary of Oct month and no idea for current month as well. Tried to contact concerned authorities but no concrete response.
In order to exit ligitimate way, what all option i can do? What if i inform them and discontinue reporting at work? What legal impact on me? Pl advise as i wanted to close this legitimately.
Dear Sir, I want to know two things. We want file a writ petition on Employee Pension Scheme'95.
1. If a registered trade union files the writ petition then will it cover all the members of the union for the benefit?
2. if many registered trade unions file the writ petition then will it cover all the members of all the unions for the benefit?

I joined a private limited concern on october 2017.At joining,company haven't issued an appoinment order.My salary during joining was 18000 per month.No pf or esi deducted from my salary.I worked till may 2017.My employer not giving me the bonus for 2016-2017 year.i dont have salary slip.But having relieving order from the company.My salary credited to bank account on 7th every month.Am i eligible for bonus?
Also can i claim for the pf benifits i haven't got from the company?Company is having 250+employees working.How can i claim?

I am working in a large Pvt sector bank at a senior position. I have always worked with upmost professional integrity and ethics and have handled various positions and roles and have been getting good ratings also.
For the last 2 years my ratings have come down though I have been performing quite well and have taken up any challenge that has been assigned to me.
3 months back my senior management served me a note mentioning various parameters and questioning my performance.
Now again they have served me a memo wherein they have mentioned various parameters of performance and written as leading to low performance.
I would like to know in case of any eventuality can I challenge any untoward action of my management in court of law.
Or there is no one to question Pvt organization even if they resort to staff downsizing by adopting these means

I am working as Assistant Professor in one of the reputed gov. college of Uttar Pradesh.
I have been selected on unreserved category by mentioning my category as general at time of application filled for job.
Now college authority saying that your caste belong OBC category as per UP. gov. list, therefore you can not claim residence under unreserved category.
Please help what should I do.
why they are forcing me in to OBC whithout claiming and producing OBC certificate.

Have completed 5 years service in a leading FMCG ltd company as a offroll employee, but the company has settled all the dues to the to the service provider where i have enrolled as a employee, but the service provider haven't settled full and final settlement. Almost 8 months is due for settling amount. Service provider telling the reason that there are some works are pending, due to which benefits are hold. But now i have joined a another job. Pls advice what can i do for receive full and final settlement.
Has employer having a power to influence the employee after resigned ?
Has employer having a power to hold the employee's benefit due to aforesaid reason ?

Sir,I am working as Junior statistical officer in National sample survey office.In September 2017,I applied for commuted leave on medical ground for 5 days, prefixing and suffixing to it 2 holidays each.
1)On the first day of leave,I went to office at 8:45 AM for submitting my work related papers(survey schedules),and went out at 8:50 AM but I did not mark attendance,thinking that for leave applied days there is no need to mark attendance.
2)My leave sanctioning authority sought second medical opinion.Copy of his letter to district medical officer was sent to my address mentioned in my leave application form.But,post office returned that letter to them with remarks,"ADDRESSEE NOT KNOWN."
I have joined duty on the correct date after leave.
Now,Director of office say they are going to take action against me and to cut salary for the leave period.
Kindly reply how to escape from this problem

2 nd Notice as "Refused By Respondent" (on 16 oct 2017)
My Advocate ask me to sign on below affidavit content
Now he is asking to go for Affidavit for service of EP notice to Process Server
Affidavit line are" I pray Honorable Court may pleased to order substitute serving of notice on respondent through process server or any such order which deem fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice"
Please advice me
Is my advocate miss in taking exparte order?
