My name is X , of Kolkata. I got married to a girl from nasik, same cast and both bengali.
The social marriage was commenced at kolkata on Jan 16th, 2011 from her uncle's house. After that As I worked in Bombay I came to bombay and searched a home,
after 1.5 months my mother and wife came to me and we stayed in a flat at mira road mumbai, my mom left for kolkata after 15 more days.
Since then I have been facing severe issues and hardships because of which I am unable to continue living together with my wife. I tried to solve our issues by discussing with her,my father in law,mutual friends. but none were usefull.We had many fights, almost every weekend friday to sunday there was horrible senarious at my home. When she was beyond control. My father in law came to mumbai and took her with him. Stayed seperate for almost 6 months July 2012 to December 2012, thinking distance might help her realize our marriage importance, and change her behaviour towards me. Finaly on December 16th, 2012 brought her back to mumbai giving her a second chance, so that we can live a healthy life. But I failed again the rage,anger,asumptions in herself ruined our relationship and trust.I even did not come home from office for two days to make her realize, but she took it in a negetive way and highlighted it as my neglegence.
In full depression and fear I filed a divorce case in kolkata on May 28th, 2012. My wife was threatning me like hell for which I filed ( proof our conversation recorded)
Current Senario:
Currently she is staying in Nasik, along with her parents. I stay in Pune now and working with a different company.We are separated for more than 1 year. She approached me 2-3 times in last 2-3 months, even her dad to approached, to reunite again. But I have her fearfull image in my heart and decided not to start together.
When she got negetive response she filed two different case in last 3 months. One is Section 9 restitution of conjugal right. Other one is Domestic violence against my entire family. Also in the name of my sister who never stayed with us, as she studied in Tamil nadu and later got a job in mumbai.She is putting false aligations about my family.
Although, I have lived with this torture for a year and after going through innumerous difficulties with her, I have initiated a divorce petition. Can the experts here shed light on these questions?
- Since mental harassment and cruelty is on rise, what is the success level or percentage that I might get a divorce?
- As she filed false case after almose 7 months after I putting the case, How can I safeguard myself, my parents and sister?

iam ashok my sister got married with an nri in 2008 now he is in London since from 2years and he is not doing any calls to my sister but he is speaking with his mother and sister and my sister has one children age 2years ,what we have to do to get back him to india.

Dear Concern,
There is a dispute between my wife and me,so she left from me last 10 months back,so we sent legal notice to her,but she didnt responded,later we filed case under setion 417 in IPC,because of my wife cheate me.,recently concern court sent sumons to her but she didnt attend to court,instead of that again she blackmiling to me to put case against me under secction 498A?
My question is is there any chances to put case against me? There is already cheating case in court as well as there is a MC against me.,and she is not living with me from past 10 months,if she went to police station is there any chance to file case aginst me? plz let me no.
I am attaching legal notice and Section 417 IPC case against my wife. Plz go through attachment then u no history of the case.

The Family Court has passed the decree order. However my alimony demand draft has an incorrect spelling, hence I am unable to encash the money. Can I resubmit the incorrect DD and request the opposite party to resubmit the DD with correct name?
I am worried as I dont want to submit it personally to the opposite party without the court being involved as I do not trust my husband or in laws. Please suggest if I can revoke the orders that have been passed.

I have filed a divorce case from kolkata, as my marriage was commenced in kolkata, I am a resident of kolkata, my wife from nasik, both being same caste and bengali. Can my wife divert all the case to nasik family case? Currently i got a job in pune. my parents live in kolkata. she is living with her parents in pune.
I want the process to happen in kolkata only.

I am being followed by some unidentified person and had came to know that a person with whom my one old case is pending in the court of criminal nature had hired a person to kill me .
That hired person accidentally was known to one of my relative and he had disclosed the same to me through that relative .
pl suggest what can i do , i have made several complaints to police but police is not taking action pl suggest .
how i can safeguard my life.

Hi all members need your help in my brothers case.
In short h his life became like "choori choori chupke chupke" movie.
He has been married in year 2007 (Love marriage) with No kids.My sister(Babhi) has undegone all tests pertaining to pregnancy & conceiving but final option left out is IVF which is off very risky as per docotrs suggestion based on my Bhabi's health.Now my brother has started an illicit relationship with another girls which is known to my babhi from the begining and encouraged it for kids.Now respectable girl is pregnant.Entire story has come into picture when respectable lady has started asking my brother to marry her.All this incidents has happened in another city.
Now...
1.My babhi's family is threatening to file 498a,DV,Adultery on my brother and my father and mother & me as we all stay in USA.
2.Respected lady wants to file DV & Attrocity on my brother & bhabi for cheating as she belongs to SC.
Both family's are very strong in terms of contacts with politicians and police.
Pls help us what we have to do and my brother.As we are out of country for 8 years unable to understand laws in india
Pls help give some suggestions what to do ..

what is the process for filling a divorce case? If someone wants to prove the mental and physical torture done on him/her how can he/she prove it?
