During marriage a wife is given gold both from her side and also from a groom's side. What happens to these gold after divorce. Wife has all the gold with her. How can a guy claim back the gold which he gave? Incase if the girl denies that gold is not with her. How can a guy proof infront of the court that she has all the gold and put a false case. How can a guy get justice?

A friend of mine is in matrimonial dispute from last 3 years. Now she is planning to go back to her matrimonial home, is it safe for her to withdraw all her cases from the court. Or will it create problems in future . How can she go back.

Hi Experts
Like recently my wife put 498a and DV case against me and my parents.
she is asking 20 lakhs for MCD and I don't have even 5 lakhs Rs. I have to fight this case at any cost.
I have some doubts Pls clarify:
1.Usually how long these case would run in lower court.
2. what if i lose the case i lower court whether i will be immediately areested or i will be given some time to appeal in High court.

I am a bengali got married to a bengali girl. In our marriage nobody gives or takes dowry. During my marriage my father in law gave me a suit, blazer, a curlon(bed), a golden chain and some steel utensils as per custom. After marriage after 3 months my father in law gave me Rs 30,00 and told me to buy some wooden furniture. He gave me as a gift. After I year due to clashes with my wife I filed Divorse. Now after 6 months My wife filed a criminal case of DV. Saying That I tortured my wife and my father in law gave me Dowry of Rs 30,000. She showed the Sbi money transfer account information to my account. I have never asked for any dowry as I work in a software company I build everything of my own hardship. How can i tackle this?

Suppose the EXECUTOR named in the Will refuses to act,then whether one of the Beneficiary of the Will can apply for Probate/Letter of Administration ?. In case,other Beneficiary disputes the Original Registered Genuine WLLL as Bogus one for certain reasons what should be done ?.

whenever i am submitting documents demanding details of Income, telephon bill, IT returns, maintence due statement etc. from my husband his Advocate always sending replies at my advocate's home or at my own home because their replies always found incomplete, false. So to avoide problems they are not submitting these types of replies in court. what can i do in this matter?

who will be the rightful claiment for death gratuity of a govt. employee, 1st wife who has nominations in service book , gpf and group insurance or the 2nd wife without any nominations?

In Divorce Case of Cruelty. 1. Can I produce my Wife's comunication over cell phone to me as a proof. Also the text messages she sent to me. Is it a valid proof in Court? Or I need to verify from any organisation? Which organisation validates those which can be produced as evidence. 2. Is a written document of a witness person can be produced in court as an evidence, those who can say about our relationships and conflicts. What is the proper way of presenting those?

if a widow woman 'a'having a child from previous marriege falsely claims to be second wife of a person 'b' already married to 'c'with three children and produces a marriege certificate of a temple trust one year after making her claim for family pension, with woman 'c' having her name and name of her children mentioned in service book as heirs of govt. employee 'b' and nominations in gpf and group insurance certificate,how will be the claim of the so called 2nd wife be treated ?
how can woman 'c'protect her willful rights provided to her on her nomination?
how can woman 'c' get succession certificate? please help??
