I want to know that i have married in 3June 2009 in a Madndir at Bokaro Dist. My marriage is not registered. after one month my wife's parents came to my house and my wife go to her house with him. after 10 days she file a case kidnapping case on me. she give her statement to magistrate that i kidnap her and and forcefully marry with her. know i dont know where is she and her parents they sell his house also. now i want to divorce can i file divorce case from Koraput(Odisha) because i am working here.

Greetings for the day!!
I seek some help from you as being one of the victims of Interim Maintenance case sought by my Wife.
To make you understand I will put you some important basic & imp facts which would help you in helping me out and your suggestions and introducing the back ground.
I am working in leading pvt sector bank & the only son to my father. In the year 2006 my father expired. I have a sister who is married and living happily.
In the year 2008, through a jyothimatrimony site (website) I got a match from Mrs. B ( wife) and after going through lot of chat and tele conversation, we met for the first time. Then I was working in Bangalore. During my meeting I had explained about my family and about my dependent mother and what my requirements. I prefer a homely girl who could be part of my family being bit orthodox family.
Well all went fine and March 2008 our marriage took place & went to Honeymoon too. In June 2008, after 22 days leave I reported back to duty and the office work was hectic being March Month as whole world knows, generally banker would have lot of pressures and work.
In June 2008 I was transferred to branch in Andhra Pradesh. After reporting within 2 days, I received call from my mother stating my wife is hospitalized and the doctors when contacted informed that she has to undergo a operation as her Tumor has filled in. Thought the operation was minor, the surgery ended successfully and after a week my wife got discharged from Hospital.
We have advised my father in law to take her to our family doctor at Hyderabad once again to cross check our heath such that once she has take sufficient rest she could be sent back to my place where I got transferred and after the “AASHADAM” (in this month generally, bride and mother in law wouldn’t be in the same house as a south custom).
Surprisingly nothing had happened the way we expected that she would be returning. Though I had written a 1st letter to my father in law in Sep / Oct 2008 asking him to send my wife to join me since the month AASHADM has completed. To our surprise no reply or phone call were received even to my next couple of letters written to her.
In between when made a phone call, she was threatening my mother and me to send us to jail if anything had happened to her while she was in hospital. There were other allegations made by her are that we are stingy, I am impotent, and my mother is not a good lady. Moreover, I am drunkard.
While time passed by for 3 good year, in the year 2011 I spoke to my legal advocate & tried to file a Divorce petition though it could be served as the house where my in laws, wife stayed was vacated for reasons unknown. Later when the Judge had asked to resent the notice, it finally got served at the same address though no one lives as they moved to a flat to near by location. I found this reality after enquiries I made to make my notice served duly.
Since all my trials had gone waste and there was no chance of she coming & joining me I thought filing would be the only option left for me. Hence, I had to do this.
I believe that we have not filed under Restitution of Conjugal Rights..
When the time had come for her to file counter for my divorce petition, she has stated all my statements are false and asked for a interim maintenance of Rs. 30,000/- per month as my salary is around 80,000/- and working in bank thought she could get happy ransom.
The fact is she has gone to her parents only after the surgery and she lived hardly with me for about 24.03.08 to 02.06.2008 while we were residing in Bangalore. My mother had taken care very well and she was instrumental to take her to the hospital while she was sick. My mother could not know any of the local language and herself being a heart patient with BP & Sugar already existing; she managed the show to make her to the hospital and took all pains that she is diagnosed well.
Thought she would be my better half and live a peaceful life, she has taken away my cream of life and now wants money by means of law.
Truly I have taken care well except for that I was busy in office work being March Month which thought she would understood. Our personal life was also happy. There were no regrets of my marriage with her. But things turned differently after she had gone back to her parents at Hyderabad post surgery in Bangalore. The entire expenditure was taken care by my bank only and some part I had to pay in cash while discharging.
Having gone through such mental trauma and pain and being in private organization, I have no longer thoughts of joining her and want to separate as friends. She has offended my feelings of marriage, my marital life and my parents in disgraceful manner making us ashamed in the society.
I now humbly request you to suggest me to way out for coming of out this Maintenance Case as I could see that my wife is only exploring the ways in better utilsing the law made for the Good.

Respected Sir/Ma'am
This is Ipsita from Bangalore.I would like to ask a question on behalf of my mother.My father has got a lump sum money from his company(NTPC) after his retirement & he wants to utilize that as per his own wish without anybody's interference.Even he doesn't listen to my mother saying her that you have got no share in that,no right to say anything & the money is only mine.
Sir/Ma'am please help as we don't understand what to do.As per law if we can do something.

I am a working,married female. I have been married for two years. My husband is employed in merchant navy and harassing me and asking me to resign my job. He is forcing me to accept his demands to settle anywhere else. but I am not willing to leave my job.Also my mother in law harasses me over dowry issues. I have been isolated in my house because i didn't accept their demands. I have decided to seek legal aid and my father-in-law supports my decision. Please tell me how should I file the suit and under what charges and Can I get a divorce on the basis of above reason?

i got married in 2011. it was arrange cum love marriage. in 2012 i delivered a baby girl. according to his tradition, first baby should deliver in my parents home. so i went my parents place. then after 6 months when i came back, my husband is not talking with me. when i call or message, he abuse me. and his parents said that its your life we can't do anything. when i asked for some rupees for me and my baby, they refused to give me. me and my baby are living alone and he is not taking his responsibility. please help me what i do.

Dear Sir,
I have a child custody case , which is running 1.2 month.
After 10 month judge given visitation right to my wife home ,
After going there 2 week , i was beaten heavily ,all GD,Medical report
submitted to court and asked for visitation in the court premises
2 consecutive date have passed, my lawyer and opponent lawyer are
fighting to prove and disprove that i was actually beaten or not.
My child visitation right is pending..date after date
Please provide me any "supreme court direction/order /judgement"
that court can not retain visitation right so long
if possible also provide "supreme court direction/order /judgement"
that child have to produce in neutral place where father is afraid to
go to his child home

I am a middle aged lady working in a government sector.I got the post just 4 months before.I got married 20 years before.I have only one son who is 14 years old.10 years back my husband asked my property which is in my mother's name for building a house to avoid income tax problem.That time we had a good relationship moreover his father denied to give his share. So I convinced my mother to give my share to him to build a house.He transferred the land to his name.He wrote as my mother sold the property to him.But we hadn't sold the property.My mother is an uneducated woman.She signed whereever he asked her signature.He is a central govt employee. Now he is having 3 more property. To build the house he loaned only 3 lakhs.He built 2 portions in that land. My parents also helped him to build the house by giving money.He gave 2 portions for rent and used the money. Recently he started to live in one portion.He suspected me and abused me by his words.so I decided not to live with him. More than 5 years we havent any sextual relationship.Now I got a job and working in a distant place.Only during holidays I visit his house because to see my son. My son is studying in 10th standard.He is not allowing me even to talk with my son.Daily he is torturing me through phone.I decided not to live with him. I asked my property back. But he is not ready to give that and spoke unparliamentary words and also torturing my old parents.pls suggest some ways to get divorce,property and my son from him. My son wants to live with me.

My uncle had passed awaya a few months back
The property is on his name(12 acres of land)
He had a daughter (of age 1month) also died a month before my uncle's death
Now how much property vl go to his mother
And how much to his wife?
