I got divorced(family Court-Bandra) from first wife in Year2000, I got remarried to my present wife in Gurudwara in year 2002, she is a doctor and claimed to be divorced with one kid of 13 than in year 2002, I accepted both of them at home. I bought lot of property in joint name of Myself and present wife( total funds from myself) and than I came to know that she had not legally divorced her first husband, (She and her Ex Husband had filmy style divorce with notarised affidavit)
What is status of my marriage?
What is status of my new joint property and also my old property plus account with banks?

i have got decree of divorce on 5n0v2012 now she has filled appeal in highcourt and now i just came to know that she has put a complaint against me under 406 and 498 in lower court.. plz suggest me that what should i do to save me and my family members

I met the girl on line and was in a Live in Relationship for over 6 months and finally got a arranged marriage done with consent of Elders.
16 months into marriage:
1- Threatns police action every day. (Recorded Calls)
2- Threatns to commit suicide and implicate my family. (Recorded Calls)
3- Does not contribute a penny in running of house. Saying "MAN OF HOUSE" should provide.(Though she is a Manager in MNC and earns more than me).
4- Ill treats my parents, sister, brother and relative. ( All living seperately as we have a nuclear family)
5- Created havoc when my parents or relatives visit. Altough she has forced me to allow her brother to stay with us in same house and her parents are frequent visitors.
6- Her Brother and family threatns me of physical abuse every now and then. (Just verbal No evidence)
7- I need to report office at 7:30am. She normally picks up fight post midnight and then does not allow me to sleep till 4 or 5 in morning. She goes her office at 11 am after a sound sleep.
8- Expresses right on almost everyhting from Furniture to Kitchen ware which I poessesed before marriage.
9- DOES NOT COOK OR INDULGE IN ANY HOUSEHOLD WORK. WE HAVE HIGHLY PAID MAIDS TO DO IT. Still complains of Harrasment.
10- Calls my Office Numbers frequently and knowing blocks the lines meant for client calls. Threatns to create a scene in my office and make me loose my job. Brings bad name to me in highly competetive IT world. (Colleages who are bugged willing to testify)
11- Asks for Rs 1.5 Lacs that she has spent towards various expenses towards family household. She did not spend and penny and can not veirfy her claims.
Questions:
1- Are recorded calls admissible evidence?
2- How do I prove mental cruelty and all the facts stated above.
3- How do I proceed to Legal sepration/Divorce?
4- How do I insulate my old and sick parents from flase cases.

My mother wants to gift one property to me by making gift deed.Cost of property is Rs 10 lac. For this what will be all govt charges,like stamp duty,registration etc.

A divorce petition u/s.13(1)(ia)was entered by wife before 1 year completion of marriage in family court. The same petition has converted into Mutual Consent Divorce petition (u/s.13b) after two years completion of marriage. Is this petition of mutual consent divorce (u/s-13b) valid in the eyes of the law?(becasue the earlier petition was entered before one year of marriage)

meri shaadi june 2012 me ek mandir me love marriage ke rup me hui thi jo mere family ke against me thi.shaadi ke din se hi main use alag quarter me rakha. kuchh dinon ke baad meri patni mujhse jhagra karne lagi kyonki wo ek pvt. school me padhati thi jahan us school ke principal se uska galat sambandh tha.main jab duty jata to wo principal mere ghar me daily mere absence me patni ke saath samay bitata tha. principal unmarried tha.un dono ke bich daily phone pe baat hoti thi.jab main iska birodh karta to wo mujhe jhuta kes me phansane ki dhamki deti. ek din humdono ki jhagra hui to maine kaha ki chalo tum mere maa baap ke saath rahoge to wo mana kar di.main apne pita ke ghar me hi rahne laga.bahut samjhane ke baad vi jab wo nahi aayi to maine court me use lane ke liye section 9 me file kiya. lekin wo aane ke bajah ulta mujhpar aur mere maa bhai par 323, 406, 506, 498a case kar di.maine vi ek saptah me patni uski maa aur principal par section 323,341,497,386 court me file kiya jo thana me GR Case me convert ho gaya. police ke investigation ke baad S.P. tak ne is ghatna ko satya bataya aur principal ko arrest kar jail bhej diya. ab meri patni ne jo kes mujhpar kiya tha wah cognizance hone wala hai.
so please mujhe guide karen ki main revision, quashing ya anticipatory bail ke liye apply karun?
kya main divorce file kar dun? kya mujhe use maintenance bhi dena padega?

dear all
i have applied divorce on the grounds of desertion and cruelty,the maintenance of my wife is already been ordered in lower court and she has further filed for enhancement of the same in high court.i bought a land 20 years back on my wife's name for the future of our daughters who are both adult now,my wife left my house herself and says that will never give me divorce,meanwhile she sold the above said land(worth Rs 1 crore ...she is also earning as an insurance agent. i am clueless as what should i do now?.
..i am an govt employee..kindly suggest me my next step.i don't want to continue with the lady.i look after my both the daughters who are persuing their studies in DU.

my sister is facing big family problems,she had been married on 2007 december,but still she is virgin,her husband is not willing to do sex,if she asks anything about this matter her husband make issues and compelling her to do suicide,he always used abuse words to her,she is so depressed,he is not interested in counseling or treatment,and also my sister tried to commit suicide due to her husbands behavior.Now they living separately, she need divorce but her husband is not willing to give divorce he is telling that he never come to court and give divorce.If he not coming to the court she will not get the divorce.Now heard about X party order,anybody please tell us about the x party order urgent? and also please give a format of an x party order.please help
