me and my husband are staying separate for last 7yrs and he use to always beat me with no mercy.for same i had registered NC against him.for last 7yrs i am paying the maintainance of flat,light bill,and looking after my childs education and all expences,
no peney is provided by him.
now he has file petition,for divoce,but i have not received any sumance from court for the same.
what shall i do.
even suggest me good defending lawyer

Until you tel you place of residence, the name of so-called 'good defending lawyer' cannot be told you.
You need to file DV Act Case as well as maintenance case against your husband. Had you taken such advice 7 years ago, you would have lodged even criminal case against him and might have obtained the maintenance for you and your children from that time.

my name is smita residing at dahisar east
now one month ago i hade sent him notice for maintainance and household owner ship as not to sell the falt which he is the owner,
for teh same he has replied and filed a petition if court for divoce,but i have not yet received any notice,the petition notice is gone to my lawayer,att palghar.
now i want to hire lawayer in mumbai for my defence
i have two childs and nstaying with me at dahisar,

Where did he filed Divorce Petition??
You are advised to file D V at Borivali Court, for your mtn, residence,
Do not wait too much to get Notice, he mat plan and deceive you to get Ex-parte Divorce Order. Better you get notice copy , from Court, appear suo moto, and file your WS. Also demand maintenance pending Litigation u/s 24 . He is bound to pay for mtn of children, as well as for your residence & mtn.
