Guntur bigamy

Hi sir i am from hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. I have married hindu women in the year 2007. My marriage is a failure marriage. After one year i came to know that, she got already married in the year 2005 in a temple and it was a love marriage. Both were majors. And without giving divorce to first husband, she married me. And the next thing is sir, after knowing about second marriage, first husband filed a suit with I.A for grant of Injunction Order for stoping the second marriage with me. Accordingly the court has granted temporary injunction order restrianing her not to marry me or anyother person. In that suit i was also made 2nd respondent. Notices were served on them but they refused notices and proceeded marriage with me. The same notices were sent to me also but it was not served to me for want of address. First husband was unaware of my house address. It was returend as unserved. During the foce of injunction order she married me.
Now my question is sir, when injunction order is in force she married me. and without giving divorce also she married me. i filed null and void under section 11 of HMA. and i filed on her 420 case also. Is my marriage is void under law?
Recent past i came to that there is one ciatation by SupremeCourt that if during the existence of injunction order marriage is performed that marriage which is performed during the force of injunction order is Void under law. please suggest that ciatation address.
Injunction order was granted according to Order 39, rules 1 and 2 of CPC 151 under Prima-facia against women.
Waiting for your reply sir. Thanking you sir.

Query__In order to understand the procedural technicality of Maint suit in divorce.

I am living with parents, after forced out by FIL, MIL and husband. Husband is Sr. Proj Manager (and very high salary)

I am applying for maint under 24 of HMA from husband.

I submitted some documents/printouts, alongwith maint Application, which I obtained from his company (unofficially) and filed a printouts of the PDF files (salary slips are given as PDF file/soft copy in his company. biggest IT company in India).

I have also got the FMP nos and FD nos (ICICI never issued him printed FDs. Same with FMPs of HDFC).

So asked him by a 'notice to admit it as fact' and submit documents.

I submitted my salary details (I am Govt empl)

He replied vaguely saying 'salary slips/ and some FDs/FMPs are never given in prited format to him' and hence application be dismissed.

Can I use print outs of PDFs as it has many details of compant tax no. his pan no deductions, Everything s there.

Next stage may be argument.

Will you please help me to understand what would happen on next hearing, exactly?

Do We have to bring all/each and every salary slip PDFs and all other document photocopies on record 'formally'?

Does each document (almost all are1 page documents/PDFs) require a number?
If so at what stage it is asked?

Only 'list of docs' is given that number exhibition no, but other pages stapled to it were not given any number when we filed those.

What is marking of document submitted?

Are those PDF printouts having any value as a proofs? Contents are 100% true but only problem is that it is print out of softcopy.

Husband's lawyer hasn't said anything against it yet. Does Judge ask for ORIGINAL COPY of it to verify the submitted photocopy/printouts?

How to claim back stridhan?

I bought 2 flats in a co-operative society in 2005. Since the co-operative society did not allow 2 flats to be in same persons name, I put one flat in my mother-in-law's name and the other in my name. The payment for the flat was made through my bank account. I had a domestic violence dispute with my husband in 2010 and now my mother-in-law and husband are not giving me back my flat. She is claiming that the flat belongs to her. My husband gave me some money in 2007 ( I had already made the payment for flat in 2005 ) and they are claiming that money was given to me in 2007 for the flat payment I had made in 2005, this is a complete lie. Do I stand a chance in court to claim back the property since the payment came from my bank account and there is no written agreement which proves that money they gave me in 2007 was for the flat payment?
