Hi, my husband has filed a divorce case against me. i have appointed a gud lawyer to fight the case. First my lawyer took a new date saying he is not available and now when date of hearing is coming he want me to bring the following certificates of my husband like drunked, education cert and other certificates. I fail to obtain that. are these documents necessary ? what should i be doing to run this case.. please advice me...thanks

Please help me expert.
I was married on Jan 2009 after few months my wife creating problem very small things and her egoistic nature and she is not trust anyone we have a lot of misunderstanding and a lot of day to day issues.
I am going mad day by day. She not ready to live with me and not giving me divorce. She threat me a lot I will case against you and you and your old parents will not get the bail. She spoils my life.
She told me you can do anything i will not give you the divorce. She flirts with other guys and has relation with them. She is playing my innocents. She totally spoil my life. What should I do. She not ready for any compromise and told me i will case against you because of me he will commit to suicide and rape case against me and so many threat. We are belonging to very middle class family with limited money resource. We not able to find any solution and her parents also helpless.
Really I am going mad day by day. Please help meeeeeeeeeeeeee all expert She spoil my life and not ready to divorce at any cost. Please helppppp

In my marks sheets my father's name is mentioned as Raju, but in all his ID cards his name is mentioned as Thimmegowda. Now when I am applying for the bank account or election ID card or Driving License or Ration card, the name of my father is mentioned as Thimmegowda. Can anyone please let me know if there will be any problems in future, if my marks sheets and my ID cards show two different names of my father.

hi sir i have married a hindu women in the year 2007. in recent past i came to know that she was already married in the year 2005. it was love marriage. both were majors at that marriage time. when she is prepared for second marriage, first husband came to about second marriage immediately filed a Suit with IA for restraining her marrying me or any other person. In that suit i was also made pary. Accordingly III Additional Junior Civil Judge has granted a temporary injunction order restraining her not to marry me or any other person untill further orders. But girl refused injunction order and went with second marriage with me. I was not unaware of said injunction orders.
My doubt is that III Additional Junior Civil Judge is having power to grant temporary injucntion order under order 39 rules 1 and 2 of CPC 151 under prima facia.

Respected learned members,after one year of wife desertino husband kept a girl for three months and left her since four months which do not know anybody about her.of course its wrong.but due to his wife negligence after efforts made to bring back her and his physical needs after one year of desertino he did that.there is no other reasonable cause for her in fact.he simply denied the fact in court.only her deposition in front of the judge only she came to know that in the form of my neighbours.only this single incidence of adultery can be called reasonable cause to stay in her mother house and to grant the maintenance under 125 crpc if they establish the fact?

1) What effect can 498a and DV case can have on Husbands bank balance and also on husband's Father or Brothers bank balances.
2) What effect can 498a and DV case can have on Husbands property and also on husband's Father or Brothers properties.

I brother & his wife file divorce on mutal consent in section 13B.
At the time of divorce file it was asked that a fix date will fall only after 6 months.
But now our lawyer asking that court fix two another dates for submitting the affidavites, which was signed by my brohter at the time of filing of divorce.
Our laywer also asking that there is no need to attend my brother of these two dates it is only for submission of affidavites.
I would like to know the exact rule and procedure of divorce etc. kindly help us to know the facts.
