Dear Sir,
First I thank U all for give me a good support. Sir I & my wife had a small misunderstanding which grew into huge problem by his father. Before separation we stayed in a rental house, his father told us let them(me & my wife) be separate for two months then only they will understand what is a family. All of sudden she filled a Dva on my family , after getting the main petition I filled an RCR in family court after that she filled a I.M with DVA. Then I filled Visiting Rights for my 3 yr old child with RCR. Now in DVA my sister husband is not willing to come. So as they know our weakness they are forcing us to give MCD and in MCD also they are not allowing us to have visiting rights. I tried several times to meet my child in his school but they stop him in that school. We also ask a lawyer in High court for dispense with for my family members. In family Court Hon Judge had told her to bring the child to Court. But she didn't did that for more than 3 hearings.
1. Shall I continue with DVA?
2. Can I get V.R in family court?
3. Can I go to police station asking to bring my child?
4. Now They had joined him in a new school without my knowledge? Can I ask it in court?

Dear sirs,wife allegations r dowry harassment,gold sold &necked her away.3yrs desertion.interim paying for both wife and son for 2 months of consummation only.real facts r she want to get me to her house leaving my parents.not withstanding to my offer to maintain if she comes to my house & her desertion is it possible for fc judge to decre who is unemployed wife without just cause as my advocate said.how it would justify in favour of husband?can it make any difference by not prove,disprove?

I got recently married to a widow(she lost her husband a couple of months ago).She has two daughters with age 7 and 11 respectively. I am living in Hyderabad,Andhra pradesh ,India.
Can you pl advise the necessary steps required to change their surnames of their bio father into mine. Also how do i get a DOB certificates with stepfathers surname or will they remain unchanged permanently ? Also i want the caste to be changed to stepfather's Caste. I have to admit daughters in the school now. Can you Pl help me out ASAP.

how to request somone to provide details in family court
i want to call travel agent to prove my father in law booked ticket even before girl started resided with my parents for couple of day. as per chargesheet and divorce petition, she was force and after multiple request send to home.

secondly if 498A case is in court can i opt for second marriage if first wife denies to come, but i don't want to give divorce from my side. please reply me

Estranged wife of brother has filed a case for dissolution of marriage stating cruelty against brother. Now, she threatens to add additional false allegations that cover the same time period. What is the right process that she must follow?
Are amendments to original case to incorporate allegations allowed?

Last three years, I am contesting the annulment petition filed by wife on ground of my impotency. I've already filed RCR, and counter/reply to her annulment petition. In both rcr and counter I have denied all allegations and not raised any allegations against her. Recently, in evidence stage, I've filed application for my potency test by medical board. Since then three dates passed and they were not present in court.
So, I think she is trying to get her petition dismissed and put me in trouble by dragging the rcr, and even if i win rcr, it would be difficult for me to get divorce on non compliance of rcr decree only.
In this scenario, if amend my counter to her annulment petition by adding a request for divorce on ground of separation, can I avoid her petition get dismissed due to her continuous absence?
I mean, she filed for annulment on ground of impotency and by amending my filed reply I ask for divorce on ground of separation. Now, can judge the dismiss her petition if she & her advocate is absent continuously? Can she withdraw her petition without my consent? If she can, will my request for divorce on ground of separation also get dismissed with main suit?

Respected Sir,
My father- in- law signed a will (unregistered) in 1992 in my husband name the only son, have 3 sister and mother for House which was allotted to him from l&do in Delhi, now he has expired. My mother-in -law playing lot of tricks with the help of my sister’s –in-law and brother in law’s, so that I vacate my father-in-law house.
Now I want to know if she (my mother-in-law) along with my sisters-in-law and my brother-in-law’s can force me & my husband and my son to vacate that house by hook or crook.
My father in law mentioned in the will that I have given gifts to my daughter's time to time so they have no share in this house.
And for the safety of my family what stand
I should take to live in that house peacefully with my mother-in-law who is 81 years old.
My mother-in-law harassing me that she and her daughter have another will but my father-in –law always swear that he has signed a single will which is in the name of my husband. My husband did’nt speak on this matter and become mentally disturbed. He is afraid of her mother and sister’s and from brother-in-law.
Is it possible to stop my sister's-in-law.
My mother in law got 30 lakhs (4 lakh white) and rest in black money and she distribute 22 lakhs in between her daughter in 2008 at that time my father in law was alive and he told her daughter's you have got your share never ask my son for anything but how can I proof it.
He mentioned in his will (NEITHER MY DAUGHTER NOR ANYBODY ELSE HAS ANY RIGHT TO RAISE ANY OBJECTION OR MAKE ANY CLAIM.)
