If a girl and boy marry each other in the court willfully.
can it effect the boy, if after the marriage the girl back-out from supporting the boy.

The main o.p is for children custody.In That can a respondent mother who is currently having the custody of the children file a petition for a child school fees as an I.A.
The maintenance case is pending in Hon'ble High court.The petitioner is paying very less amount as maintenance as per Hon'ble High court interim directions.
My question is can she file an I.A for school fees in Child Custody Main O.P. or she has to file a separate petition/case.
If she can then under what act/section.
Kindly answer.

1. Tallaq is the prerogative of Muslim husbands to divorce their wives with whom they are fed up while Khula is the prerogative of Muslim wives who are frustrated with their unscrupulous, elfish, exploitative and nonsupportive husbands with but one difference that while wife's consent is not required for Tallaq husband's consent is needed for Khula.
2. When a frustrated womam seeks Khula, it is imperative for the husband to give his conseromised?given to the nt by imperative is meant obligatory or without any excuse or undue delay.
3. However the husband may, but not necessarily, demand a consideration in cash or property not exceeding the Dover or property he had given to the wife.
Please clarify if these statements are correct and binding on the husband. Please also clarify if the wife can get Khula through court of law even if the husband refuses to give consent for Khula.

Hi,
I have been married for teh past 2 years and have a one year old son. From the second month of my marriage my in laws have been troubling me for money. I am working in healthcare industry and contribute 50% of my salary to my in laws. My in laws are asking for my complete salary, else they ill treat me badly. My husband is also not supportive. My in laws don't take care of my son also. I have to leave her to my mother's place when I am at work.
I have some gold ornaments given by my mother at time of my marriage. My mother in law wants to get my complete salary & my gold else she says she will throw me out of this house with my 1 year old son. My husband also supports her in this and is ready to divorce me.
What options can I exercise in this case - DV, dowry, residential rights? Please suggest before it gets late.

I dont know what to do, After figting for the divorce case filed by me in Tis Hazari court 2 years back and finally coming to the Mutual Consent divorce for a hefty amount, MY Wife is now harassing me for not returning her articles.
In the 1st motion, Our statements have been recorded already in the court that she has taken everything(Stridhan etc) and got 50% of the settlement amount as well.
Now she is saying that she will sign the 2nd motion only once she gets her remaining articles which I dont posesss.
She is basically tortouring us to shell out more money.
Kindly ADVISE WHAT SHALL I DO SINCE SHE HAS BECOME VERY ADAMANT AND THREATENING TO WITHDRAW HER CONSENT?
Please help since I need to get the divorce asap in order to resettle again in LIFE.

My surname is recorded has D'SOUSA in my parents birth certificate now i have to spell my surname has D'SOUZA . How should i go about the same since i have no record which can prove my surname has D'SOUZA . Under stand in place of 'SA' i want 'ZA' at the end.
Please tell me process and cost for doing the same.

After the death of my first wife, I re-marriaged in January, 2012 who was a divorcee and has a girl Aged 12 Years, whose all responsibility accepted by her.
Sir, I have made a registered adoption deed on 30/03/2012.
Now, Please let me know
(1) Is it possible for me to make change in her original name and put my name behind her ?
(2) Could I change her name in L/c of School ?
Please advice. I heard that by publishing in gazzete, I could change the name ! If it is true, please reply what would be the procedure ?

Inheritance of property
my mother's aunt made a will in which she gave her flat to my mother and my mom's brother to be divided equally. but later on she give nominations to the society in which 4 people were nominated including my mother and her brother..she expired 2 months back.. i just wanted to ask whether the WILL made by her will have any effect or the nominations will be considered..
