After that, mere sasural walo ne mujhe april 2012 m ghar se bahar nikal diya. iske baad, may 2012 ko m apne sasural wapis gai magar mujhe ghar m nhi ghusne diya gaya and my husband is also with his parents. After that,on 21 april my husband filed section-9 against me for restitution of conjugal rights and raise false implications on me and my parents to save himself from section-498a, which will filed from my side.
Please sir guide me what should i do against my in laws and one of them is lawyer, who is the main executor.please help me.

Dear Sir,
There are some new laws amended from the month of March 2012 regarding early divorce i.e within a month. Is this true ? If the petition is filed jointly, couple should not have to wait for six months, they get the divorce within a month. Please comments.
Thanks

I have been separated from my wife since last 11 months. Still no police/ court cases / response from either parties. I want divorse but they don’t want to give. (…nothing new in this)
I have flat worth 25 lakh as market value. Flat is owned by me and my mother as co-owner.
I’m 50 % owner of prop mean 12.5 lakh. I, My sister, father & mother are living in the same flat having ICICI loan around 11 lakh. I’m paying loan alone. Due to loan no saving since last 2 years.
If the proposed amendment bill 2010 get come in enforce in future, I may be entitled for 50% of my property to give her.
My wife is BE (civil) and higher in qualification but lower in salary than me. She also not wish to come to my house. So no problem of asking share house hold.
I have few Questions.
1. If we are living in flat & not able to give her the money worth her 50-% share. What will happen?
2. Should I gift my owned property to my mother or father?
3. Make release deal which make my mother total owner of flat. (By clearing my home loan by sealing mothers Jewels).
4. Sale directly to my father by taking proper money of 12.5 lakh and re-pay home loan later.
I heard that gift deal or release deal can be canceled by court considering afterthought intensions. Is it true?
After re-paying my home loan my salary will be get opened to her for future maintenances too. What are the resolutions for the same?
Few local lawyers suggested me to wait and watch. That fine. But it should not be too late, if my wife file any notice for not to gift /sale my property. I won’t do anything than waiting for her to rob me legally.
Expecting you kind suggestions?

I have already imposed three cases on my wife, one is Conjugal Rights, second is Child Custody & thir one is contemt of court. I was sending text SMS for my wife on the mobile of my father-in-law, brother-in-law and wife from last 1 year. The messages are of love and affection for my wife. Now in last weak, my wife complaint to police that my husband sends messages on the mobiles on her parents. In POlice station she done character Assassination of me. She blames me lot of things which I was not done. Now I does not want that she came back to my home. Can I withdraw conjugal rights case and put divorce case upon her. Or I file defamation case against her ?

actually my nana (mothers father) had self acquired property and he died intestate in 1958.my mother was the only child of my nana with and has had 2 husbands who have been divorced by mutual consent 10 years ago and dont have any right in my mothers property .also my nana had a widow with no legal heirs.i inherited the property through my nani directly by way of will in my favour and my mothers favour.my mother has also written a will in my favour for her part.in the will my nani wrote that she does not wish to include my brother in any of her proerties.
so now i only have 2 questions -
Q1)can a maternal side of the family be called a joint hindu family?
Q2)i have inherited property by my nani through will so does my brother have any right to this inheritance by the operation of law?

My questionn is: While we try out for six months and then let the court know if we could withdraw the case or goahead with the divorce verdict.

Ld Counsels,
among the 15 documents marked by wife 8 were marked without subjecting them to the objections of husband, 5 were marked subject to objections of husband, and the rest 2 docs were marked exparte and husband's petition to set aside was allowed. can the husband now take the objections to the marking of 5 documents by filing written objections since the case is restored to file for defense.
Thanks.
Misrepresentation of property status
Ld Counsels,
If there is any misrepresentation of property status of parents of the spouse can the other party get the marriage annulled on the ground of fraud. Say if it is an arranged marriage and if wife and her parents falsely stated that they are living in their own residential apartments which was found to be false after marriage.
Thanks.
