Hi,
Its been two years now. A married man looped me into relationship with him saying that he has no relationship with his wife and he would shortly initiate a divorce with her. I had become very vulnerable due to emotional involvement and just went ahead with him without putting any terms and conditions. To make me believe, this guy married me in a temple as well.
Slowly,as time passed, I started realising that this man is lyeing to me and is cheating on me while he is having a normal relationship with his wife. I was hurt and I started my efforts to know more truth. However, this guy manipulated everything and ensured me that we will be together shortly.
He had been from a sublime background and was seeking progress in life. I pushed his profile in the company I was working. He got a job at higher grade and a handsome salary. He has faked his experience here too.
However, after he got this job, his commitments went suddenly off. He abused me and hit me. He insulted me and broke away.
I have many proofs of our relationship including marriage certificate from the temple where we got married, pics and videos of times spent together.
I have been abused and cheated for the good faith in whatever he said. I have been living in a nightmare. Everyday, I feel guilty of having believed in him and how he used me, abused me and then dumped me.
Please advise if I can file a case of abuse/harassment/ any other case against him

Hi - my wife and I recently had an argument. After a while my wife started physically abusing me by trying to strangle me, later trying to stab me with a knife, throwing ceramic jug at me and beating me with water bottle/bare hands and then slapping me. In my defence I had to twist her hand once, and kick her away when she was trying to strangle me. Then she took our children and left for her parents house. She has now registered a case against me under sections 323, 504 & 506, with all lies in the FIR. What should I do know and how do I protect myself? The cop says he can come and arrest me anytime, and is asking for bribe to wait for 3-4 days. Please help

This is Sandeep Pandey, from Mumbai, requesting u for ur help, as My elder brother was married on 6th June’10, with a girl from our old relatives in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), as it was his second marriage, first was over through a mutual understanding from both the sides. The suffering is the second marriage, everything was fine but after 2-3 months the girl was not living happily here, I should remind u that before marriage we got a strange call from a boy from Jamshedpur “that the girl whom we are marrying is already engaged with another guy from last 6-7 years and will always be with him and will ruin your life, so don’t marry that girl”.
We were shocked and called her parents, they said these all are rumours from their enemies but still we were not convinced but before 2 days of marriage, 5 people came from her side and Brian washed our mind, pressurise us emotionally and requesting to marry as social pressure.
They got married, the main point comes Sir that the girl was not happy here so she forced us to convince to move to her mayka at Jamshedpur, we send her, after 6-7 days the whole drama started, she and her family said that she don’t want to come again and did not receive my brother’s call as well as my family’s call ever and started doing Job as she used to do before.
After some time we came to know that she is having an affair, as Sir we have some voice recording of her colleague saying that she has already her husband over here in Jamshedpur. Many times I have contacted her and her family also relatives to send her back or tell me what’s the reason behind this but she and her family was not responded anytime, we went there twice to take her home but she and her family do not face us, there was not any communication at all from their side.
we filed a case of Conjugal Rights U/S 9 of The Hindu Marriage Act 1995 on 25th Jan’12, but she didn’t came at any of the dates and send her medical reports and now we came to know that she did a stay order from Supreme Court and to transfer her case to Jamshedpur also she filed a case before 1day(24th Jan’12) of us as “406/498a/506 of IPC and Sec 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act”
Sir we are scared as some Advocate says that Police will come and arrest our whole family, first thing that we have to do to take Contisipatory Bail, so sir please provide some help… Sir will voice recording works in court as evidence..??? and how can we get through all these process, Sir I am requesting to u that please provide some suggestions as soon as possible.

Please help. I don't want to lose my husband. whether i win or lose the case he's Filed, either way I end up losing my husband. is there a way to make him stay? He's alleged
cruelty on my part. But I have doctor's reports stating that it's the other way round. however can I ask the judge to make him stay with me?

Sir,i am a married person and having one children,my estranged wife is staying away from me since last 12 years and various court cases is in progress in different courts.
As a matter of fact i have married her divorced sister and have a son from her although the marriage is null and void and dont have any ducuments,still i want to give my second child all the legal rights which he expect from me.
My question is how to get my child admitted in school as it will require father name as well as mother name and in that case i will clearly implicate me in ipc 494 as my first wife will get those documents through RTI.Although IPC 494 has been dismissed against me.Please help me to get out of this problem.Ravi.

hi expert i am muslim. my second wife married me without taking Talak from her earlier husband.looking her cruelty ,extorting habit and affair with her previous husband i gave her talak .And i filled a case u/s 386,387,389,120b against her,her father,mother and brother.The Evidence in this case was only call recordings. but Io did not investigate properly and submitted final report in political presure with the sanction of 182 ipc.Now this cruel wife has filled false 498a,3/4 DP against me and my family members.Once again police is ready to chargsheet me and my family members in political presure. what should i do ? i am from saharanpur UP west.in an another case this exwife has been chargesheeted with the section 420,467,468,471,120b ipc alongwith her mother, father, brother and now are on bail from allahabad highcourt .498a,3/4 is ongoing with her previous husband . it means this lady running 2 cases of 498a ,3/4 at a time one on me and my family members and second with her previous husband and his family members. she is staying in my another house and do not want to vacate my house.what should i do .

Divorce Case was filled on dec 11 in family court. now both the party not attending the court from last 10 months, can case already cancelled by the court. what is the way to find out to case is ongoing in the court.

Wife not coming back form her home
i am Hindu and got married in feb 2012 my wife separately living in her home since marriage working in PSU ( mining company) in chhattisgarh,Dantewada dist. naxal affected area and earning of 50K she was working Andhra Pradesh GOVT. Hospital as a staff nurseon contact basis with salary of 6K
Now the problem is she not coming back form home because she is doing job in her home town her argument is i am not in position to left or resign my job and not interested to live in forest area ,after few days present contract staff nurse would be permananent/regular.Her mother argument is at the time of marriage my self give assurance that i will come to Andhra pradesh do job ( but i have never give any assurance to come andhra pradesh . many times my mother-in law told to i never send my daughter long with you not stay in chhattisgarh forest area.Sep 2012 recently i am ill , doctor suspect that you getting chance of TB disease( starting stage) than my mother- in-law agin argument that you suffering from TB so, i am not able to send my daughter along with you, after use of medicine for 6 months of cure we will talk/discuss the matter.since 1 month no communication my wife and me.since my marriage many times i tray to convince my wife but she is not.she was obey/fallow her mother suggestions.so i thought she would change as time goes.20 days before i send a SMS to her mobile after few hours later her mother ring to me said that ' why you are send SMS to my daughter and also said she not spoken to you ,we will talk after 6 month in between no communication.And mother-in-law taken away my husbands mobile.if she really interested to do job,chhattisgarh,dantewada( where i presently working)opurtnity is there. my family members once again thinking that go to her home ask to send her back and to stay along with me.
In this state what should i do?how can i get back her ?if i go legally what are the options i have and if i go ahead and do it what will be the reaction from there side?If i go ahead and file child visiting rights & RCR can this proceed to divorce or reunite?
plz ans the above questions as i am confused on what step to take
