respected sir,my wife had file IPC 498a case, crpc 125 case, DV case, later rape case, I filed HMA application, in which court grant Rs 5000/month under section 24 of HMA. I had paid Rs. 65000/-in HMA proceeding cJSD allowed my application on desertion and cruelty and cites 13 case law of supreme court, but in absence of application under section 25 of HMA court grant her permanent alimony. in crpc 125 case which is decided before HMA, JMFC court reject her application but allow maintenance to child of Rs 8000/month, only on her contention that he is suffer by luchemiya. she is Bsc, during proceeding of cases she completed Bed, now she has taken admission to LLB. she was applied for MPSC recruitment & couted her marrital status as UNMARRIED. Now she challenged decree of divorce and I also challenged permanent alimony, she again filed section 24 of HMA application, & fild CRPC 125(3)for recovery of child maintenance Rs 340000/- matter stead by court on condition that I should deposit haft amount and further regularly pay Rs. 5000/- till disposal of revision. hence I request all of you please suggest me that is it possible to file writ petition in high court against stayed order & pray for quash DV case and consider amount paid to her in HMA section 24. I have to face 10 civil & criminal proceeding in different court. please help me.

I am M.Selvasekaran a central Government Employee working in orissa . My wife has complaint against me , Parents , Sister & brother in Laws for False Dowry & Harassment case on May.I am in Orissa , My parents is in Thoothukudi & sister & brother in Law is at Chennai. But she has Lodged a False Case for Collecting Money to her family. Due to CG Employee I have to compromised on police Station by lawyers ( But My lawyer has cheated Me by Supporting the opposite party ) They told to pay Rs 3500 /- per month to my wife , at that situation because of Compulsion of Adv & Black mails of Police & Wife's family. I accept that Because Me , Dad & Brother in Law are Central Government employee, , She doesn't agree to come. I want to Divorce Please Help me & give advice , I am a native of Thoothukudi, I want a good Family Advocate s from Thoothukudi.

1)Does Indian law allowed hidden camera/spy camera in court visiting hours (child custody-child visitation)
2)Can i use it during visiting my child in lawyers chamber also?
3)Is there any ban on spy camera in India?
4)Does court consider as evidence of video chip of spy camera?
I just want of prove violent behavior of my wife & also wants to safe if she beat me again

Respected sir my bhabhi filed a false 498a 406 against my brother and father my father is on regular bail and my brother is in abroad .my question is that the inquiry officer will same person in whole case or it may change by police.in any stage of case.two yrs has been passed but no challen produced by police please guide us

Hi,
I am professional married male..married in 2001..spouse is working in govt sector..have two small kids..
my father retired from private job in 2005 my mother is housewife..now living in rural pune area in house which was built in 2002....in 2005 they (father & mother)sold ancestral land which was 1.5 acres....in 2007 he sold another land around 1.5 out of 6 acres which was purchased by him in 1986..now 4.5 acres of land and 1 bhk flat (he purchased that in 1996) in mumbai is remaining..whole land is irrigated and superior quality..
They gave me 9.5 lacs (as a gift or token of appreciation) in 2009 as I have helped a lot earlier.. I used to give them money every month (12000-15000).
till 2010 mumbai flat was in my possession..they asked me to leave possession of flat (on instigation of one of my sisters...it happens in many families..)..I asked for flat to live as I dont have any & I am staying in rented flat now..they asked me not to give them anything & they too wont give me anything ..I have stopped giving them money which I used to give them every month..
I heard that they want to sell that flat & give money to sister..also they are preparing to send me notice regarding maintenance for them..
Though we both are working our financial position is not that good to bear extra burden of maintenance due to high cost of living in mumbai..children education expenses..house rent..other EMIs..
Now my queries are -
1.can they ask for money (9.5 l) given to me...I have monetarily helped them earlier and later too..but in cash..& they gave me 9.5 L in pay order for covenience of carrying...
2.can they ask for maintenance from me..?
they have got 4.5 acres of good quality,irrigated agricultural land..of which 2 acres is in my name...at the time of purchasing they bought 2 acres in my name for the ceiling of land issue....I was minor then..now on 7/12 bears my name (2 acres).
also they have got 1 poultry of 3000 sq.feet..which can get rent of 4000 to 5000 per month..
also on 1st floor of house in pune there are 2 rooms which are built to be rented...they use to give them on rental basis..each room can get rent of Rs.800 pm
flat in mumbai can get a rent of 10000-15000 per month..
3.can they claim 2 acres land which is in my name but originally purchased in my name by my father in 1986..?
4. how shall I proceed ?
kindly guide me respected Sirs...as I am in tremendous stress now a days..

If a Hindu lady dies intestate,
The husband dies a few months later
He wills their joint property to their unmarried daughter
The three children are demanding the mother's share
They claim the mother's share will be divided among the four children only thus ignoring the father's share in the mothers's share of the jointly owned property
My query is: (1) Does the husband get a share in their joint property if the wife passes away intestate (2) Can the unmarried daughter claim this share as well in addition to the father's share which he has willed her??

Separation from my own parents
I am a single woman , 38 Years old , self sufficient, want to live separately from my parents without their interference.
My mother comes and shouts at my housemates, threatens them goes and shouts at their family and I am forced to drop everything and come back home. Can i get a restraining order on my own family to stay away from me.
Is there a legal way to keep them away do that i can live peacefully.
