can husband frame 498a on wife and her parents on illegal grounds as wife already filed domestic violence case against her husband including divorce case. Pls advice.
Divorce case filed by her first and dv case has been filed later. But dv notice has been served and divorce notice is not yet served, Still can we reject divorce and alimony etc can we escape

hi iam anil from delhi, i got AB of my dad my mom and myself and now i want to complaint against my father in law that he has given wrong list of marriage which contains 22 lakh rupess he spent in his daughter marriage at CAW, delhi and i hve the original list in which he sign it.but in actual he spent only 5 lakh and now i want to complaint against him.
Query- to which dept i will have to approach to file a complaint against him tht from where he managed 22 lakh ruppes in the year 2010 .as he is in govt job and serving with CISF as sub inspector. and within 6 month he is getting reitred and i want to create a hurdle for him in the time of retirement. kindly advice as soon as possible .

My client got divorce as per that order her husband doesn't have any right or responsibility towards the two minor female children.
Now my client remarried with another person and registered that marriage and wants her new husband's name to be reflected in her children school records etc instead of her previous husband's name pls suggest me what is the way to do it

Dear Expats,
I married after 1 month icame to know that lady is suffering from schizopenia(insanity)after discuss their parents flew away with lady,after all discussion I present my case to court to void the marriage & meant time she started getting mantenace
After 3 yrs I came to know they have lodged 498a& 125 for separate maintenance in diffrernt court,as I am only son my father eye has no vision,mother paralysed due to tension but still my parents take bail,i have again looked for revision but not established.
pls guide how I should move to get bail in one day from higher court or same court

Dear All,
My wife is file the Fake 498A and DV on me. just wanted to know if there are any possibility if I can file an transfer of case request to court as my wife staying in Delhi and I am staying in Faridabad and she filed the case in Rohtak.
Also I have RTI Copy where the police officials file the FIR without investigation
Also My mother and Father are both Diabetic and BP patient is there any way i can request for non-presence of my parents.

Hai team..
my case is that. Petitioner/wife filed a divorce petition-allegation,marriage not consummated, and impotency of Respondent/Husband. The respondent denied the same.My query is..
a) can respondent file petition to seek order to the medical board to examine the respondent for Potency test?
b) simultaneously, can he file petition to seek the examination of the petitioner/wife for virginity test?
c) If so. under what Provision, I can file those petitions?
Kindly guide me...

Me and my wife are senior citizens from Punjabi hindu family. We are both retired persons and sustain on our pensions and interest from Bank FDs. We have a son and a daughter, both are married. Within few months after marriage my son started staying separately with his wife. After staying separately, my son suffered from neurological disorder and became physically disabled and in the end lost his job. When it became difficult for them to manage the expenses my son and his wife came back and started staying with us. In last 7 years after marriage he has worked for almost 4 years and for 3 years he did not work because of his disability. Now he has almost come out of disability.
But at the age of 36 he is not finding a suitable job. As a result he has almost lost interest in working and is currently jobless. Because of all this, his wife has deserted him 2 years ago and currently staying with her parents. She must be doing a job there. She has also carried her son with her. My son does not have much money with him as lot of money is still being spent on his medical treatment. Now she wants divorce from my son. How my son can give alimony and child maintenance? Can he demand some financial help from his wife for his medical treatment as she is already working there? Please advise.

in family court marriage is dissolved and our advocate suggested for applying caveat in high court and agreed the same contentions is that party should be made for stay and appeal .
and also told caveat valid for 3months and after 3months it should be renewal.
now the questions is that if we don't renew is it possible for other party to stay the lower court judgment and go for appeal
but known lawyers suggest caveat not required for for renewal after 3months i.e from date of judgment and also suggest even you can remarry after 3months from the date of judgment and if they later go for appeal no problem
pl clarify for above the matters go for renewal and remarry after the 3months

Q) i want to know if fee of lawyer is pending but both the parties settle their issues out of court/or by mutual willingness in front of judge. does balance fee of lawyer has to pay by the clients to their respective lawyers

my friend got information, ofcourse half, that there was a case against him and first hearing will be in third/fourth week of this month.
he has not received any intimation frm neither from petitioner nor court.
he has a doubt of a foul play with him for tactic of a 'ex-party'
he wants to appear in court bt w/o having any details hw can he ?
pl. guide in this scenario what one should do.
