If a Hindu lady dies intestate,
The husband dies a few months later
He wills their joint property to their unmarried daughter
The three children are demanding the mother's share
They claim the mother's share will be divided among the four children only thus ignoring the father's share in the mothers's share of the jointly owned property
My query is: (1) Does the husband get a share in their joint property if the wife passes away intestate (2) Can the unmarried daughter claim this share as well in addition to the father's share which he has willed her??

If the propertry is not mentioned in the will then all children have equal rightt. Iff the properrty mentioned in the will then it will legally entaitiled to enjoy only them
