Second marriage

One of my relative (a lady) got married at an age of 15-16 years in 1987 to a 35 yrs old guy. That man got legally separated to his first wife and was paying maintenance on court orders. Then he remarried but the lady died after a year. Subsequently my relative's parents were told that he divorced the first wife and second wife also died and got married to this lady in 1987. He made her nominee in PF, Gratuity, Bank, LIC & in Mahrashtra Gazette. He died in Aug. 2011. But in Jan. 2010 he made a registered will in Sub Registrar office bequeathing his property in her name. They also have a 25 yrs old unmarried daughter. But after death the first wife and his daughter are claiming all the death benefits from MTNL (Where he worked) and also filed a claim for declaring this will null & void. Pl tell me if this will ( with independent witnesses & medical certificate and carried out in camera in Sub registrar office) is maintainable or not. Can she get a part of pension being Bonafied wife as she was kept in dark ( at the time of marriage and was a minor at that time)and through out the life time of the man as he always showed that he was paying maintenance bcoz of divorce.

In laws demanding divorce

Dear Experts,

I thank you all for your supports

My query is as follows

my wife is at her place for last 1.5 yrs, in between we have tried our best to bring her back i personally visited her place 05 time, 02 times with my parents but in vain because her mom is not interested to send her at all.

wife wants to come but afraid of her mother, i told her if you want to listen to your mom you will destroy our relation.

we had a minor spat and not on talking terms since 20 days, but i can manage her.

For last 02 days her relatives are saying that they want divorce from me.

Should i ask my wife whether its her decision or her relatives, or i should avoid the situation as i am afraid if i agree to their decision they might demand heavy alimony.

please help i am feeling very low

Property dispute

My dad passed away without a will 4 months ago. He is survived by his wife and 2 men aged 25 and 28. As per law, all three of us have equal share in the property he has left behind. However, I have recently got to understand that my mother has fallen into a scamster’s trap and a lot of money is being siphoned off without our knowledge. We do not want her to get any property registered in my Mom’s name even jointly also as we foresee our property to be at risk due to this scamster.

Share of ancestral property

Dear sir, I have three elder sisters and i am the only son. My second sister did inter cast marriage by which my parents got angry and discontinued all the contacts with her. They were so frustrated that they made WILL so, i can get their property without any hassle. Both WILLS are registered and my other two sisters have no problem with it. My second sister have taken all her jewelry and some cash with her when she left us. Now both of my parents are expired and she have filed a suit against me for share in the ancestral property. I want to know if she is eligible for the share ? if yes the how to take the property value ? I mean is it the value she left us or the present value ? I have also heard that property which transfered less than four generations is not counted as ancestral. is it true ? thank you for your valued advice.
regards
