Thankyou Experts for all the replies. There is 1 more documents required by them which is Municipal Corporation's House Tax Bill's Copy. Is that necessary? That bill is in my onwer's name. How do I go about it?

I am applying for a Marriage Certificate & I stay on Rent. Will LL Agreement be considered as address proof?
I also have Aadhar Card on current Rental Address. Will that be considered as Address Proof for Marriage Certificate?

Hello ,
I am married on 29 Jan 2013 and i brought here in dubai after 15 days of marriage and was normal for few days and suddenly i monitored here she cannot stand for more than 10 minutes and she fell sick and i took her to a doctor and did some medical tests and then we came to know she has hypo thyroid and also she has RF sector 4.5 and she has cortical scar on her right kidney and also she has polycystic pattern and also i dont know few more .
i consulted with gynocologist she is MDDGO and she told me the girl is not fit for married life and she cannot give a birth to a baby .if she can the baby will have some health issue .
my wife has all these diseases since before marriage and they didnt inform me about these things during time of marriage and now i want to get divorce is there any possibility in indian law can support me .

I am contesting divorce case against my wife who stayed at my home only for 30 days after marriage.
She made dowry complaints in local police station and CAW cell. No case was registered at both places. And complaints are closed. I have returned the stri dhan in CAW cell.
The problem is that in mediation cell the mediator tell us that give money to your spouse otherwise she may book you in false crminial case. Though she has no single evidence against me. I and my parents are told that divorce laws are female biased. We have also told that in court also female are heard more.
Pls help me how to handle these situation. Why the sympathy is towards female before knwoing the truth? Why the male side is supposed to give money to female for settlement without knowing the truth?

Hi Experts,
My brother lawyer is saying that 498a cases lying in the court with no summon issue. Earlier they(brother's wife family) were very active on case, now no action from last 6 months.
Do we ask our lawyer to initiate talk with them on MCD?
Or we Keep waiting? if yes then how long?

We are a family of my Father, Mother and one brother and one sister(myself). My mother due to differences with my father left us about 2 years back and absconding. Now father is retiring in Jan,2014 and as a nominee to receive pension after his death he is giving the name of my father's cousin brother's wife whom he has illicit affair. How to avoid this and whether nominee can be myself or my brother, If nominated what will be status after we get married. Please kindly advise me in this regards I am 22 years and my brother is 25. Shortly I may get married. Thanks for the advise to be received. Advise may be given as to legal and in general.

Separated from last 3.5 yrs
Case 125 fighting since last 1 yr
Wife is BE chemical but currently not doing job. I have Provided her 3 job’s detail (2 before marriage and after marriage of salary 10000). She denied after marriage job in her cross
I’m Mechanical engg doing job but not admitted in court. Also they even not provided any evidence abt my current job
she expecting maintenance = 15000.
she lied in court abt doing job after marriage. But after providing my evidences about her all 3 jobs. She submitted her resignation letter of 3rd job to show she is not doing job.
My query :-
Experienced of 3 jobs & ‘first class’ qualified BE Chemical engineer (Capable body) .. intentionally left job , can she entitled for maintenance ?

RCR filed and mediation failed because My wife did not want to join me though I agreed for her demand that I should rent a separate house for us to live but she demanded 25 lacs maintenance for the 3 year old child. She stays at her house in the same city with her parents. I have a flat bought on bank loan and EMIs are being paid. The opposite lawyer tells that sell the flat and give 50 percent of the sale money to my wife(half the property). Is this argument by the opposite lawyer tenable.
After RCR failed, I filed Divorce petition against my wife under cruelty and attended couple of mediation process which have also failed.
Now Objection/conciliation stage proceedings in the family court. Do not have an idea of what objections my wife will file. If the experts can give an idea of what it could be I will be thankful to them.
I am unemployed and no income whereas my wife is lucratively employed in a IT major. Can I file maintenance case against my wife and what will be the maintenance amount.

Dear Sir,
My name is Umesh verma from Ahmedabad.Actually I had filed a divorce petition in family court, we had sent 4 times summons to other party but they do not receive summon each time and resend it.
Now as per a suggestion from my friend I have to do gazette of that so that other party should have to present in family court.
I want to know is it possible for me to do this or when I can do gazette so that I can come to a final decision.
Please help me and guide.

Mother remarried and sold fathers property and made house on her name
Dear sir / madam,
My father died when I was three years old.ie in 1979. When I got married in 1998 still my mother claimed to be widow .but now I got one marriage certificate which showed she had married to one idiot back in 1985. Who was married that time to someone else and was her colleague . I m afraid that my mother was helped by her to sold of all properties of my deceased father and now along with that person my mother is residing in that house which she claimed to of her own income.my brother is also supporting this cause assuming that all the property will be his after them.i also think my mother might also have made will in favour of him and dumped me alone....how can I claim share in my fathers property and fight back with this conspiracy....please help
