Pending 498 a cases

Hi Experts,

My brother lawyer is saying that 498a cases lying in the court with no summon issue. Earlier they(brother's wife family) were very active on case, now no action from last 6 months.

Do we ask our lawyer to initiate talk with them on MCD?

Or we Keep waiting? if yes then how long?

if you are for the husband dont intiate talks . let the wife get frustrated with court delays . she will come to a settlement

chargesheet is already sumbitted @ali sir..

thanks to all experts..but if i get answer how long to wait, it will be good as i dont want my brother valuale time to be wasted for long.

anyways my brother is not interested in second marraige or relationship..but i know it bcoz of bitter exp he has. but i wanted him restart his life again asap.

well if your brother does not want to remarry then he should wait . if his wife is interested in remarriage she would definitely come for a settlement

peace is always not costly. whether divorce or reconciliation. Peaceful path is easy. Try MCD if possible. Try reconciliation if possible. Other path are rough.
