Mohan here I have not paid maintenance of 1lakhs till date from 2013 every month 4000 I don't have money to pay maintenance to my wife has she is working in government sector and getting 40000/per month I am taking care off my age old mother her years around 75 year old I am jobless since 2013 for how many years I will be in prison for not paying maintenance thier is property not in my name all in my mother name experts please tell me for how many years I will be thier in pirson what is the sutiable decision I don't have single RS to pay for maintenance please expert's give solutions.

Hello Sir,
My father in law passed away recently with out any will. Now the properties have to be change to his wife and daughter. However there is spelling error in surname of daughter. when i tried to change it, i found out that error continued in all certificates like school certificates, AAdhar, PAN,PASSPORT and even in marriage certificate due to aadhar. How can i solve this issue and proceed for applying Legal Heir

suppose husband has filed a case under section 9 i..e right to conjugal rights then, same can be transferred to wife parental jurisdiction. Currently, the wife is residing at her maternal house.

Mohan here I have have queries regarding maintenance my wife has agreed infront of honourable court I am working in government sector has admin and getting 40000 salary my wife got appointment in may 2018 I have given here appointment letter and salary slip till date y honourable court is not rejecting here maintenance my wife got interm maintenance of 4000 in 2013 when she was working in public sector company I have produced appointment letter and salary slip also at that time court has not considered that also my lawyer is asking honourable court why u r not rejecting maintenance my client is jobless he is taking care of his age old mother who he can give maintenance when his wife is getting hand full of salary and I have got 9 year son also he is staying with my wife and know my wife had put another case for recovery of maintenance please guide me experts what is the most suitable way to get way from all this problem I have filled MC case also please guide me experts I will be great full to u for u r suggestions .

Sir my friend Anandi Sharma has adopted a son ram before ger marriage
later she married Sunil Sharma
now Sunil Sharma adopts a son as he states that Anandi his adopted in her personal status and Ram would not be his son and and Sunil Sharma has adopted a boy Karthik from orphanage in Secunderabad is the option of Karthik valid because under Hindu law if a son is there the parent cannot adopt One more son

I am married since 4 yrs..we were living together 5 months..then v were seperated...my husband wants divorce from me from last 2.5 yr..coz he has extramarital affair with another unmarried girl...i dont want to give him divorce...he told me he vl livein with that unmarried girl or do maitrikarar...can i take any action against that unmarried girl or against my husband if they vl go in livein?

This is uma mahesh, my father passed away in 2010 so we take care of my father mother my grandpa also passed away I'm 2000. Now the situation is we were gave money for interest to my granny sister they kept my money and doing dramas we are very polite family so they take advantage. My granny also demanding money 3lakhs and gold we don't know what to do until now we didn't done any mistake we most take care of her bz she is my father mother . My family mostly depend on money I have brother he is preparing for govt jobs im doing small job. So what can we do. We didn't waste that money . Me and my brother completed pg and ug with scholor .. but she is my grandma doing these drama with their sisters support. My brother gave stamp form to my grandma bz we believe her ... She is 75 yrs old. Pls anyone suggest me what to now... We don't have money that why I approach this website pls pls help to resolve this..

Want to change my religion
Hi sir or madam iam sheik Abdullah basically I am from a Muslim religion but the issue is I married a Hindu girl I want to change my religion to Hindu for my wife is it possible to change it legally to change my name and religion.The main issue is my wife side I had a full support but I don't have any support from my side and my wife family still don't know iam a Muslim guy. So please help to solve this issue if I change my name and religion in all documents but I can't hide my father's name please help to solve this issue.
